Preach and Teach the Word “Applied” in You

Preach and Teach the Word “Applied” in You

What’s written is your example to apply?

Apostle Tracey Robinson (2011 All Rights Reserved)

James 1:5 If any of you lack (deficient in) wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth (ungrudgingly, without reproaching or faultfinding) not; and it shall be given him.

  • How you allow the Word of God to be applied in you is what makes another come to Jesus?
  • Applied means to put into practice; utilized.
  • The Word of God applied is to bring you into contact with the Spirit of the Word and its form of development in you.
  • To apply the Word of God is to devote yourself to it so it can put you in a particular use for it in the earth realm.
  • To apply the Word of God is to have a relationship with the Word and its Author that will put you in a position at all times to make your request or petitions known, ask and you shall receive, etc.
  • The application of the Word gives you the ability to ask, and it shall be given to you; seek, and you shall find; knock and it shall be opened to you. St Matthew 7:7
  • Don’t make the Word practical but put it into practice in you so that it will do the same thing it did in written context.
  • Context is the circumstances that form the setting for an event, statement, or idea, and in terms of which it can be fully understood and assessed.
  • Context is the parts of something written or spoken that immediately precede and follow a word or passage and clarify its meaning.
  • Well the Word of God can be fully understood and assessed when applied in you according to the Will of God for you.
  • Preaching and teaching the Word of God in its context, who it was written about, and why it was written about it does not apply the Word to you.
  • You must experience the written Word for yourself and apply your experience to you.
  • You must become the Word of God in Spirit and in Truth in order to preach and teach it applied to you, your new life, and to the life of others in Christ Jesus.
  • Preaching and teaching the Word only in its “context” only and never “applied” in you is not the way the Word of God is to be rehearsed through you and your life in the earth realm.
  • As we spiritually grow in the Word we must become the Word and demonstrate it in the earth.
  • As we spiritually grow in the Word we must portray the Son of God as a Son of God. In other words the word applied in you will cause you to look, act, talk, walk, etc. like a Son of God, with the image and likeness of God.

  • The Word applied is taking on the Spirit of the Word in its true form portraying the Spirit of God: His Image and functioning after His likeness, His nature, acting out His character, His attributes in His true form which is the Spirit of the living God.
  • Dominion returns in the earth realm the same as He possessed it in the Garden with and through Adam.
  • Your flesh is an impersonator! It will act out and try to follow the Word of God to a certain extent and as only seen.

  • The Word applied in you, you become a new creature that is the rebirth of soul in you.
  • The Word applied has no feelings, but is plenty in love for your soul and spirit as it converts to transform you.
  • The Word applied will balance you out in word, deed, action, and thought, causing your circumstances and situations to comply within.
  • The Word applied will kill your flesh, its habits, lust, and desires that are all contrary to the Will of God, daily.

  • The Word of God is not to be applied theoretically, that is based upon your assumption or opinion, a gut feeling or intuition.
  • Man’s doctrine causes you to question God, His Word, and His purpose even in you.
  • The Word applied goes far beyond theory and hypothetic, because it is spirit and is spiritual only for your soul and spirit.
  • The Word of God applied can always and will always be tested and tried, as well as tempted by the practices of this world, your flesh, and the devil.
  • But an assumptions or opinions won’t bring you through your Will in the knowledge of good and evil nor will it bring you out of your circumstances and situations.
  • The Word of God applied is putting the Word of God in your day-to-day practices and habits as it guide, lead, and instruct you.

  • Knowledge, understanding, and wisdom all work together in the Word of God.
  • Knowledge of the Word is information.
  • Understanding of the Word is comprehension of the information perceived, but it is Wisdom that applies the information to be understood.

  • Wisdom is the practical application of God’s nature to a situation, circumstance that tries to govern your soul.
  • Wisdom is knowing God and what He wants then do it!
  • Wisdom is truth applied.

Proverbs 4:5-7

5 Get wisdom, get understanding: for it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth.

6 Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee.

7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.

Principal means first in rank, character, or importance

Proverbs 16:16 How much better is it to get wisdom than gold! And to get understanding rather to be chosen than silver!

Proverbs 24:5 A wise man is strong; yea, a man of knowledge increaseth strength.

  • Wisdom has three main ingredients: knowledge, understanding, and righteousness.
  • Wisdom includes knowledge, understanding and righteousness.
  • Wisdom is knowledge knowing truth by faith and having the facts and correct info about the Spirit of the Word.
  • Wisdom includes understanding to be able to translate the meaning from the facts; to know the importance of the informational facts; and knowing what to do with the knowledge understood.
  • We must understand how it pleases God and honors Him when we understand knowledge practically in every manner of our being, i.e. in marriage, parenting, in forgiving, in loving one another, in praying for one another, etc.
  • Righteousness in Wisdom is applying what you know and understanding in specific situations, circumstances. This is knowledge and understanding in action.
  • God’s word is knowledge and when you grasp what you need to do is understanding. And by righteousness doing what is right, which is being in right standing with Him.

James 1:22-24 But if ye be doers of the Word, and not hearers only, deceiving you ownselves.

23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: 24 For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straitghtway forgetteth what manner of man he was.

  • Forgetting the man he saw in the mirrored reflection

Colossians 1:9-10

9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of His Will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;

10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;

  • Wisdom applies eternal life.
  • The Word applied must be exemplified and demonstrated in you and your life in the earth realm for the world, the flesh, and the devil to see.
  • The Word applied must come alive in you also to become the Word in you becoming flesh, your flesh that is.
  • The Spirit of the Word applied only wants to become the Word it implies.
