Personal Touch Operating Word for the New Year 2021

The Lord spoke and said who shall go?

Personal Touch responds with, “Send me Lord I’ll go.”

The Lord said, success is here, success is here! Now move forward.

Isaiah 6:8-12 KJV Amplified

8 Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send? And who will go for Us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.

9 And He said, Go and tell this people, Hear and hear continually, but understand not; and see and see continually, but do not apprehend with your mind.

10 Make the heart of this people fat; and make their ears heavy and shut their eyes and hear with their ears and understand with their hearts, and turn again and be healed.

11 Then said I, Lord, how long? And He answered, Until cities lie waste without inhabitant and houses without man, and the land is utterly desolate,

12 And the Lord removes [His] people far away, and the forsaken places are many in the midst of the land.

The Voice of Your Conscience or the Voice of the Holy Spirit

Which one are you really hearing and operating in the Gospel through?

Apostle Tracey Robinson

Romans 2:15 Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, there conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;)

Does the Law of your heart consist of the knowledge of good and evil?

Is the Law written and operating in our hearts before Salvation?

Does your conscience bear witness to the knowledge of good and evil written in the heart?

Do your thoughts accuse to condemn or excuse approving one another?

St Matthew 5:17 (Jesus said,) Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill.

A bit of summary about the Law?

  • The Law refers to the period between Adam’s rebellion against God and the giving of the Law of Moses (known as the Ten Commandments, Exodus 20:1- ).
  • The ostensible (stated or appearing to be true, but not necessarily so) aim of the Law is to restrain the evil tendencies natural to man in his fallen estate; yet in experience law finds itself not merely ineffective, it actually provoked those tendencies to a greater activity.
  • The Law of Moses was the insufficiency of the flesh and it’s Will to be made free from the law of sin and death.

Galatians 3:10-14

10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is everyone that continueth not in all things which are written in the Book of the Law to do them.

11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.

12 And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.

13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is everyone that hangeth on a tree:

14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

  • The Law was powerless to save and still is.

Romans 8:1-4

1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

The relation between Christ and the Law

  • The intention of the gift of the Spirit is to constrain (to compel or force someone to follow a particular course of action) the believer to a life in which the natural tendencies of man will have no place, and produce in him the fruit of the Spirit.
  • Therefore, the Law has nothing to say against the fruit of the Spirit, and the believer in not under the Law because the Law finds no scope in the life of the believer as he is led by the Spirit.
  • The Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus is spiritual and was always that by which He Himself lived in the days of His flesh.
  • The Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus was the law, and or principles by which Christ lived by.
  • The Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus is a law of faith, a principle which demands only faith on man’s part. Romans 3:27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded, By what law? Of works? Nay: but by the law of faith
  • The Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus confirmed the Law as being of Divine authority, but yet He presented a higher standard of life than perfunctory obedience, an action or gesture carried out with a minimum of effort or reflection through the flesh.
  • The Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus showed Christ as being superior to all, over all human interpretations.
  • The Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus is the animating principle by which the Holy Spirit acts as the Imparter of life. St John 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
  • The Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus is a law of righteousness. Romans 9:32 Wherefore? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law. For they stumbled at the at stumbling stone;
  • The Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus is a general principle presenting righteousness as the object and outcome of keeping a law, particularly the Law of Moses, Galatians 3:21Is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law.
  • The Law of sin, Romans 7:23 But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.
  • This is the Law! The principle by which sin exerts its influence and power despite the desire to do what is right.
  • This is our conscience operating in the knowledge of good and evil, without the Holy Spirit.
  • The Epistle to the Hebrews the Law is treated especially in regard to the contrast between the Priesthood of Christ and that established under the Law of Moses, and in regards to access to God and to worship God. In these respects the Law made nothing perfect.

Hebrews 7:19 For the law made nothing perfect, but the brining in of a better hope did; by the which we draw nigh unto God.

All of the Law summarized by Jesus into two (2) Commandments

St Matthew 22:37-40

37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

38 This is the first and great commandment.

39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.

40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

Galatians 5:14 For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. This is true religion!

  • Love enjoined with a whole heart.
  • A heart where the Spirit of God is within, along with His statutes and ordinances to do them. Ezekiel 11:19-20.
  • Brotherly love as a duty to your neighbor in incorporated in that new heart.

  • Why do many still teach from the Old Testament?
  • Why do the prophets today try to imitate the prophets of the Old Testament prophets when their assignment was to usher in the Son of God?
  • What is the assignment of the prophets today, Jesus has already come?

 The Voice of Your Conscience

  • Conscience an inner feeling or voice viewed as acting as a guide to the rightness or wrongness of one’s behavior.
  • Your Conscience is seated in the soulish realm. The body realm is the nose (smell). The spirit realm is hope.
  • Your conscience is deep within the spirit man that recognizes truth, and sees what is right and what is wrong.
  • Your conscience is innate (inborn; natural) and every human being has a conscience.
  • Your conscienceis part of your human psyche (your mind). God created it when He gave us the abilities of self-awareness and rational thinking.
  • Notice that it’s spelled with two words, con and science. Science comes from the Latin scire meaningknowledge,” and con means “with.”
  • So, we are thinking with knowledge, the knowledge of good and evil!

  • Conscience: Internal or self-knowledge, or judgment of right and wrong;
  • Conscience: the faculty, power or principle within us, which decides on the lawfulness or unlawfulness of our own actions and affections, and instantly approves or condemns them.
  • Conscience is called by some writers the moral sense (the ability to distinguish between right and wrong), and considered as an original faculty of our nature.
  • Others question the propriety of considering conscience as a distinct faculty or principle.
  • The conscience manifests itself in the feeling of obligation we experience, which precedes, attends and follows our actions.
  • Conscience is first occupied in ascertaining our duty, before we proceed to action; then in judging of our actions when performed.

  • Conscience is the witness borne to one’s conduct by conscience, that faculty by which we apprehend the Will of God, as that which is designed to govern our lives.
  • Conscience need content, input in order to make judgment.
  • Based upon the knowledge we have acquired and accumulated, conscience is that mechanism in a human person that judges what to do based upon the way we’ve been formed.
  • In a subjective sense it has to be formed! (In a subjective sense meaning a sensationthat does not result from any external stimulus and is perceptible only by the subject. Synonym: internal sensation.)

  • Our conscience could be malformed (abnormally formed; misshapen) if we don’t have good formation, but even then deep down we recognize good and evil.
  • Conscience is mysteriously unique to the spirit man that have this innate (inborn; natural) sense of what is true and good because we are created in the image and likeness of God; and we desire to choose that which is good and avoid that which is evil.
  • Conscience can be conditioned by your culture (the customs, arts, social institutions, and achievements of a particular nation, people, or other social group); your parents or guardians; influence from the House of Prayer that you frequently attend; the influence of close relations; etc. These influences will condition the forming of your conscience.
  • Wrongful traditions and religions of men can wrongfully condition our conscience.
  • This can be malformed or distorted and that’s why we have people who go against their conscience and do evil.
  • We use the phrase “they don’t have a conscience” when a person can do wrong and evil at any degree to another or even to themselves or others properties.
  • Deep down inside of all of us is this inborn understanding that comes in the sound of a little small voice that whispers to our heart (or mind) to say yes do this or no avoid that.
  • Your conscience either gives us a sense of condemnation or wrong.
  • Conscience is the “conviction” that you have done wrong.
  • Your conscience will bring guilt to your lives or it will release us from that; it will either accuses or excuses.

  • Evaluate the voice that your hear!

  • The saying “something told me” is the phrase many use in order to not attribute that voice to the voice of the Spirit of God.

  • Many use their intuition, gut feelings, what they already know or heard about someone, as well as “something told me” as a voice of their reasoning to what they are about to do as being right or wrong.

The Voice of the Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of the living God; (in Christianity) the third person of the Trinity; the Spirit of God spiritually active in the world.

Ephesians 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation in whom also, after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

  • He is the distinct personality in the Godhead of the Spirit of God.
  • He is a person that forms an individual’s distinctive character or qualities into His
  • Sealed means fasten or close securely.
  • Only the Spirit of God can unseal the promise of His Spirit in you, based upon a series of rebellion and unbelief.
  • The Holy Spirit has the same functions as the conscience, only at a higher standard that is of the Spirit of God’s righteousness.
  • He speaks and gives us a sense of conviction, as well as come to convict the world.
  • He has the same sensing to speak and say that you are doing wrong.
  • The Holy Spirit and the conscience both respond to the same issues of morality in our lives; only the Holy Spirit responds in the moral character of God within us, which is through the soul.
  • In order to develop this sensing of a small voice of where the Holy Spirit and the conscience coincide we must simply agree with the Spirit of the Word of God and His Will. His Will overrides your Will upon agreement, submission, and commitment.
  • The Holy Spirit reveals and reflects on the things that are eternal from the Will of God, His Way, and His Word according to His plans and purpose that are built in you for earth’s purpose.
  • It is the Word of God that will explain what the Spirit of God will accuse and excuse. This is why it is so important to study to show ourselves approved of God, a workman that need not to be ashamed, but rightly dividing the Word of Truth on what the Holy Spirit requires. 2 Timothy 2:15
  • Studying the Word to please God approves us to God.

In closing,

  • Who really is the voice in your operations to demonstrate and manifest the Will of God in earth?
  • In other words, when you say the Lord said, whose voice is really speaking to you from your conscience with feelings, what you already know, or what the Holy Spirit is revealing?
  • We should never violate the conscience or the Holy Spirit.
  • When we form matters of right and wrong based upon the tradition and religion of men instead of basing them upon biblical and spiritual law then we say that we are justified in our saying and doings.
  • For example, racism, voicing your opinions, killings, and violent protesting, etc. is it a process of the conscience or the Holy Spirit to determine the right and wrong? And if it is the Holy Spirit should we allow the Spirit of God to apply any and all instructions, speech, guidance, etc.
  • We can believe in our conscience that something is good, right, just, and moral and it can still be ungodly and out of the Will of God.
  • For example, adultery and fornication are sins of the flesh, but yet we will justify the rightness of it based upon what? Surely it is not the conscience or the Holy Spirit!
  • Believing in the voice of our conscience without the Spirit of God incorporated is dangerous.
  • Religious spirits, the spirit of delusion is when we say the Lord said and it is the knowledge of our conscience speaking.
  • God is not going to tell you what you already know. He speaks on a level higher than where and what we know in order to bring us into where He would have us to be.
  • When the Holy Spirit speaks He will always speak in the direction of glorifying the Spirit of God and His Will.
  • When the Holy Spirit speaks He will speak to you something that you don’t know about yourself as you grow and move forward in Him.
  • When the Holy Spirit speaks, He gives specific instructions and directions of His Will as it pertains to you.
  • When the Holy Spirit speaks He will speak to you a parable or something that you can understand about you and where He is taking you to seek Him more.
  • Personal convictions can block and hinder the Holy Spirits function, operations, and His way of moving freely through you.
  • The conscience must be surrendered and possessed by the Spirit of God in order to agree with His Spirit and His Way.
  • God has a built-in mechanism built in every human being that will send an alarm when we are about to break a law. That inherent mechanism built in the human system of the spirit man that goes off in us like a voice is called the conscience. This alarm or voice will sound off when we/you are wrong!
  • Everyone that does wrong or has done wrong know that they ae doing wrong or have done wrong.
  • If we obey the voice of our conscience to those that don’t have the Holy Ghost’s possession in that area you will never regret “violating your conscience”.
  • Natural and spiritual laws are protected by conscience and creation. Creation knows how to protect itself!
  • Conscience protects God’s laws.
  • Conscience has a way of keeping it alive in you when you have done wrong. Thank God for the cleansing power of the Blood of Jesus.
  • This is when your conscience has taken over when you have become “entangled” with worldly affairs as being a Kingdom citizen. This is impossible to be a part of both!
  • 2 Timothy 2:4 No man that warreth entagleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.
  • When we put our feelings in the affairs of the world we are no longer representing the Kingdom and its principles.
  • The world, the flesh, and the devil will entangle you in your mixed belief with feelings and emotions of people and their circumstances, especially when they don’t move God.
  • The Bible clearly states and will not change “for the wages of sin is death; and the gift of God is eternal life” through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 6:23
  • That sounds like a choice has to be made by us all individually!
  • In St Matthew 22:15 even the Pharisees took counsel on how they might entangle Jesus in His talk.

Responsibility & Accountability How much more does God have to do before you agree with Him wholeheartedly?

Responsibility & Accountability

How much more does God have to do before you agree with Him wholeheartedly?

Apostle Tracey Robinson

God’s plan in you is complete! You must grow into it! It won’t grow on you unless you are growing in it.

I accepted this calling based upon my relationship with God, not man’s interpretation of what God was doing in my life, but my relationship that had been established in Him.

Ask yourself did you accept the call of God into Salvation and where He would have you to serve Him based upon what? Was a prophecy? Was it a feeling to do a greater good? What was it?

What was it that spiritually attracted you to God and His Way? I didn’t say He attracted you as in St John 6:44!

How do I know that it was based upon the faith and relationship with God? Mankind wanted control over the glimpse of what God would reveal in my life, but what they really failed to see was my relationship with God.

It is the relationship that I have with Him that gives me the faith, the confidence, the trust, and dependence upon Him and not on man.

God is my Source, not man! Jesus is Lord, not man!

My Apostle RL Howard never told me that he saw the Lord calling me into anything. He would always encourage me in the Will of God to stay there and trust in His Spirit, but never ever said he saw the Lord calling me into anything. Now, why was that?

When the calling of God came I had to know that God was calling me. I had to accept the responsibility of the calling of God, and be ready to be held accountable to God to the call and not to man, his feelings, opinions, comments, or suggestions, and not to mention tradition and religion.

Answering the call of God may appear to be easy and that anyone can do that, but without relationship with God you end up irresponsible and unaccountable to the Will of God to end up compromising in tradition and religion.

Being responsible to the Will of God is having the capacity to perceive the distinction of right and wrong.

Relationship with the Spirit of God requires the Spirit of God being in relations with Him in you. To understand this will require willingness, obedience, and faith just to begin.

  • Responsibility means the state of being responsible or accountable. The state of means your overall physical condition being responsible. That which one is answerable; ability to meet obligations or to act without superior authority or guidance.
  • Responsibility is an outward appearance, which is fueled by accountability inwardly.
  • So it is possible to look responsible outwardly, but not be held accountable inwardly.
  • In order to do this as defined in ministry you must have the spirit of the leader, and the leaders Leader to become responsible and accountable not to the leader but for your own behavior and mannerism.
  • Accountability/accountable means liable to be called to account; responsible; capable of being accounted for or explained.

As a Father, God is responsible and accountable to us for Salvation, the overall program, its process, and its progression in us and for us individually and corporately.

As a Son you become responsible to the Will of God’s program and you must be held accountable for all your actions in word, deed, and thought toward the program and all its recipients to come.

St John 3:16

As a Father, God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son.

As a Son or a believer becoming a Son, we are the responsible whosoever that must believe in Him so we won’t perish, but have everlasting life. This is responsibility because we must take on this.

As a Son or a believer becoming a Son must have faith in the conditions of Salvation. This is your responsibility to take on this task, mission, assignment, etc.

As a Father God saw that mankind needed a way out of what Adam had did when he fell from God’s Grace.

God is responsible and held Himself accountable to all mankind to permanently fix it, not amend it but fix it.

As a Son or a believer becoming a Son all we have to do is surrender our whole heart and Will to God through Jesus and take on the accountability of telling the devil to get behind you. This is your responsibility and accountability to what God has already put in place for every generation to come.

  • We are responsible to make it known to others and everyone what God has done through us in this life to show His greatness.
  • We keep trying to treat God like we did under the Law by saying this is not effective either.

St Luke 11:9-13

9 And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.

10 For everyone that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

11 If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? Or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent?

12 Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion?

13 If ye then being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

  • Verse 9 is your responsibility.
  • Verse 10 is your accountability.
  • Verses 11-13 is the Father’s accountability.

As a Father, He chastens His Son as a mark of love for His son. God’s responsibility and held accountable for the outcome of the chastening.

Hebrews 12:6-8

6 For whom the Lord loveth He chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom He receiveth.

7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?

As a Son or a believer becoming a Son, if you endure chastening. You are held responsible to endure.

8 But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons. As a Father God is accountable to ensure that if you are not a partaker of chastisement then you are not His son.

Immature believers, Hebrews 6:12-14

As a Son you are responsible and held accountable for your spiritual maturity.

As a Son you are responsible and accountable for being able to have your senses exercised to discern both good and evil through the Spirit of God, not through your conscience using the knowledge of good and evil without the Spirit of God.

  • Your spiritual growth is not God’s responsibility when He has supplied all that you will need to grow and prosper in Him, soul and spirit wise. This is your responsibility and you are accountable for your growth.
  • This is how you know if and how you are growing when your 5-senses with the feelings of your flesh are no longer working against the Will of God.
  • The flesh, its Will and senses are an enemy to God.
  • Your physical age has nothing to do with whether you comply with the Will of God.
  • You are responsible for your actions, behavior, and mannerism, not God!
  • You are responsible and accountable for knowing the Spirit of God in you, as well as in another believer.
  • It is called spiritual discernment. It’s a gift given by God to His Sons.

Jesus Christ is our example and has set the course for us all in how to become a son

  • Jesus was a babe. He did not remain a baby.
  • He was a young boy that took the responsibility in saying and doing that “I must be about my Father’s business”.

St Luke 2:49 And he said unto them, How is it that ye sought me? Wist ye not that I must be about my Father’s business?

  • Jesus was accountable for the mission ahead of Him that He must fulfill.
  • He had an eager desire that was fueled with zealousness and fervent with love for the soul of man.
  • As a son He grew spiritually! Not superficial, but spiritual! St Luke 2:40 And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him.
  • Jesus was not just existing or occurring at or on the surface. He didn’t just appear to be real, but when examined, tempted, tried, hoodwinked, deceived, etc. He was real.
  • As a son He was tempted. He was responsible and accountable to God even during His times of temptations. St Matthew 4:1-11.
  • As a son Jesus had to be responsible and accountable for knowing how to, when to, what to, and what not to according to the Spirit of God that reigned in Him.
  • None of us as believers becoming sons of God should be trying to grow when it is in us to do so if we do it the Father’s way.
  • Our being responsible and accountable speaks of our spiritual maturity, as well as speaks of our growth and its measure of stature in becoming like Christ Jesus.
  • How possessed am I in allowing the Holy Ghost to govern and have His sovereignty authority in me in earth?
  • How responsible and accountable am I to Him in my behavior, attitude, and mannerism; in your gifts, time, and talents?
  • Am I responsible and accountable to the Spirit of God according to His Will and never mine?
  • Do I take the responsibility or do I blame God and others around me, to include the leader?
  • Are we still in the knowledge of good and evil where Adam fell and told God “that woman you gave me?”

Genesis 3:12 And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat.

  • Do you try to blame others for you inability to strive spiritually in the ways of the Lord?
  • Are you still finding fault in God’s plan in you because of your inability to fully comply with God’s plan without yours incorporated?
  • Have you sought the Lord in knowing what all is required of your stewardship in your ministry? That is responsibility!
  • What are you waiting on? God has already done it all for us through His Son Jesus, what more can He do to enable you in doing His Will in earth?
  • As a Father God has secured His role to all mankind.
  • As a becoming son you must be able to “agree” with the Spirit of God for His Will in your life in earth to be complete.
  • The responsibility is no longer on Jesus Christ; it’s on you once you accepted Salvation. You have to follow the plan of God now line upon line and precept upon precept.
  • Christ Jesus completed His assignment in earth and it has been given to all to “yield His fruit after His kind whose seed is in itself in you”.

1 John 3:9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

  • STOP looking to mankind for the way to God in Christ Jesus!
