Serving God

What god are you serving?

Apostle Tracey Robinson

  • The Word of God is God.
  • To study the Word of God is to know who God is.
  • To know if you are serving God in spirit and in truth is to know Him in His Word.

St John 1:1-2 1 IN the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God.

Means and the Ends

  • When we sing and it is more important to you than to the one you’re singing to, then your entire worship experience is aborted.
  • This is what we mean by the “means and ends”.
  • The “song is the means” and “God is the end”.

The Process and the Purpose

  • The process of singing should take us to “purpose”, but never become the purpose itself.
  • Many of us are worshippers of the “process” and the process has become the “purpose”.
  • Because we really know so little about the Spirit of God through His Word in Spirit and in Truth, it is hard to identify with Him and His Will any other way than just a “formatted process” with that process becoming our purpose for worship.
  • Here is an example of the “process becoming your purpose”. “I’ve already paid my tithes” “I’m not going to the House of Prayer today, because I don’t “feel” like going today” “I went to church for the past 3 months straight already” “I need a break”.
  • These ideals are what we think and consider as the purpose, that which we have already done.
  • This process is the purpose whether the presence of God was there or not; or whether I could sense His presence; or if I got a touch from Him today; etc.
  • What is important is that we go through or have gone through this process? Whatever the process is, whether it is: praise and worship; shouting; giving testimonies; taking up offering; making announcements; singing a few songs; then preach the Word?
  • We are happy that we sat through this for how long it takes, whether God the purpose showed up or not.
  • We have become so formatted with the process that it doesn’t matter whether God shows up or not. It does not matter whether I get my deliverance I so desperately need or not. “I’m just enduring the process!”
  • So the process becomes the purpose for my coming on Wednesday’s and Sunday’s.
  • When the process has become more important than the purpose then the spirit of Idolatry has been created and is on board.
  • You can never satisfy the purpose through the process, without the Spirit of the purpose.
  • There is no way to get in God or pass God without God!
  • The process has a purpose! The purpose has to be in you to conduct the process in spirit and in truth.
  • So you say you’re serving God, what god?

The spirit of Idolatry

  • Idolatry is anything made more worthy than God in your heart.

Isaiah 44:9-10 9 They that make a graven image are all of them vanity; and their delectable things shall not profit; and they are their own witnesses; they see not, nor know; that they may be ashamed. 10 Who hath formed a god, or molten a graven image that is profitable for nothing?

  • God is saying the things that we make idols are nothing, and the things we treasure are worthless.
  • Anything that we believe is more valuable than God is an idol, and is worthless!
  • The source of idolatry is….

When we put more worth on the “means” than on the “ends”; then the “means” become and “idol”?

Whatever you put more “worship” on it becomes the idol?

Whether it is a dance, singing, time, your husband, wife, children, cars, your jobs, money, homes, your looks, etc.!

When you become so occupied with how well you do, your gifts, your talents; but never give it to God it is an idol.

  • Any other worship other than God is idolatry!

1 John 5:21 Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen.

Worshipping God

  • God detests idolatry.
  • God must be the ends.
  • God must be the purpose.
  • Spiritual worship is required in you in order for God to become the ends and the purpose in you.
  • The devil really is having a “hay day” because most believers don’t even have the power to give God “authentic authority” to come into the earth realm through them because of the process and purpose, the means and the ends are wrong, mixed up, or confused.
  • Authentic means being of undisputed origin; genuine.
  • Authority meaning the power or rights to give orders, make decisions, and enforce obedience.

St John 3:23-24 23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship Him. 24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth.

  • The Father is seeking such to worship Him.
  • The scripture says that the Father seeks such to worship Him, meaning worship is not anything we can do or orchestrate, but the Father must seek, find, and initiate worship for Himself in you.
  • To worship God we must worship Him in spirit and in truth that is in our spirit in sincerity and in truth.

  • The word “worth” is the root word to the same as “worship”.
  • Worship is determined by worth”.
  • You can never worship what does not have worth to you. So anything that becomes more worthy than it’s worth has become or is an idol.
  • Worship means to make obeisance (deferential respect); do reverence to, towards, and to kiss to God

1 Corinthians 14:25 And thus are the secrets of his heart made manifest; and so falling down on his face he will worship God, and report that God is in you of a truth.

  • Worship means to revere (deep respect or admiration for), stressing the feeling of awe or devotion to God.
  • Worshipping God is nowhere defined as in “how to worship God” in the Scriptures.
  • Worship is initiated from the Spirit of God into the depths of the spirit man.
  • This is me talking, I do believe whole heartedly that worship is stimulated by praise; and praise will usher you into the Presence of the Lord for Him to decide whether He desires worship from your spirit.

Praise

  • Praise is not only just a physical demonstration of God’s worth to us animated, but is also spiritual!
  • Praise is represented as a sacrificial offering of yourself to the Lord in Spirit and in Truth.
  • Praise denotes God’s approval, His commendation used on account of, by reason of, or of whom as His heritage.
  • Praise represents God’s own possession of the Church, in reference to the glory of His grace towards us. Ephesians 1:6 To the praise of the glory of His grace, wherein He hath made us accepted in the beloved.
  • Praise ascribes (to attribute something to a cause) to God in respect of His glory; His character; and His operations. Ephesians 1:12 That we should be to the praise of His glory, who first trusted in Christ.
  • Praise will be exactly in accordance with each person’s actions; as in the issue of present trials at the revelation of Jesus The Christ in the midst of your test, trials, tribulations, sufferings, and sacrifices.

1 Peter 1:7 That the trial of your faith being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ

.

  • God is worthy of worship because of His worth! His worth is immeasurable to the spirit man.
  • So when we sing and make it more about the song, and your voice; then who the song is to and about is idolatry.
  • So when we pray and get so preoccupied over the words of your prayer, the length of your prayers, than to who we are praying to, God, ignores the prayer, because the object or activity of the prayer has become more important than the subject or goal of the prayer.
  • The spirit of idolatry is always around trying to creep in so you must keep yourselves; keep monitoring not what you’re doing but who you’re doing it too.
  • The way we show God and tell God that we hate Him is by putting worth on anything else that we consider is more worthy than Him.

Exodus 20:3-6

3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:

5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;

6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.

Deuteronomy 6:5-6

5 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

6 And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart.

  • Don’t let anything come between you and God!
  • It is dangerous and will be detrimental to you and even to your children’s children.

Amen, this is the Word of the Lord for this House!

Worshipping God and not the process to worship God

Wednesday, August 26, 2020

  • Worship is difficult! It is not a simple process.
  • We as humans are worshipping spirit beings and if we don’t worship God, the Creator we will worship someone or something.

  • Without God we will always pursue something or someone as an antidote to our emptiness, our insufficiencies by looking for a meaningful fulfillment for satisfaction and pleasures.
  • The truth is that God created the spirit man in His own image (meaning His spiritual nature, moral character, and qualities), after their likeness (means to function like) (Genesis 1:26-27).
  • Our Supreme fulfillment, as spirit beings in a dirt body made in the image of God is found and expressed in actively worshipping our Holy Creator and not the creation. In other words, it is in us to worship the Creator! Our fulfillment is only in worship!

  • Whatever has been valued at having more worth than God is idolatry?

  • Why is idolatry detested by the Lord? Idolatry makes false statements, lies about the nature and character of God. It proclaims the things of God to be false. It recreates God in the image of man by diminishing Him; emptiness of His glory’ of His transcendence.
  • Anything more important to you than God or anything that absorbs your heart and imagination is an idol detested by the God.

  • When we pursue idols we pursue things that are worthless, that will never satisfy, and things that would stop us from pursuing the one and the only thing that can bring full and permanent satisfaction.

  • God is never jealous about anything but one thing – idolatry, because everything that we got, possesses, or can inherit belongs to the Lord anyway. Therefore, He is not jealous of any of that.

  • Idolatry, the sin of the mind (heart) against God, Romans 1:22-25; Ephesians 2:3; and immorality; sins of the flesh, are all associated and traced back to a lack of the acknowledgment of God and of gratitude to Him.
  • An idolater is a turning away from God to idolatry, whether it is openly or secretly, consciously or unconsciously.
  • An idolater is a slave to the depraved ideas his idols represented and thereby to divers’ lust, Titus 3:3.

Galatians 4:8-9 8 Howbeit then, when ye knew not God, ye did service unto them which by nature are no gods. 9 But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage?

The Challenge of the Creation verses the Creator

  • It is tough trying to spend hours of your time trying to seek God, figure out God, understand God, love God, and can’t even find God.
  • God the Father seeks such a one to worship Him. He seeks!
  • One thing that will attract God is “one accord”, where everyone is on the same page. Oneness attracts God!

Psalm 63:1-2 1 O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is; 2 To see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary.

  • When the creation becomes more important than the Creator, the result is misplaced worship and the creation of idolatry.
  • The greatest temptation in human experience is the elevation of, the distraction by, and pre-occupation with the creation more than the Creator.
  • When God blesses you to make you rich don’t forget Him, because your battle is between the creation and the Creator.

  • Worship is not something that we should struggle to do!
  • The reason we don’t worship and praise God is because we don’t connect the Source with the resource.

  • Your idols have mouths and cannot speak; idols with feet and cannot walk. Whatever they do God is the one that make them do, and then we forget about Him.
  • The Source is more important than the resource! We should never pre-occupy ourselves with the resource at the expense of the Source.
  • We must constantly acknowledge the Source and thank the Source for the resource.

  • Praise leaders have been raised up to force people to praise God, because people come to the sanctuary without a testimony, without a song, without a tune, without praise on their lips.
  • What or who is your idol?
  • When the connection is made between the Source with the resource then you will testify, sing songs, praise all the time, and His praise will continually be in your mouth.

The only way this will happen is when you have this consciousness that everything I am, everything I have, and everything I will ever have and possess is the Lord’s.

Praise is a natural result of the awareness of the Source of the resource that you have.

When we acknowledge the Source worship begins in us.

Worship begins with acknowledgement.

Singing and clapping is not worship!

Only what you know about God will determine how much you will worship God.

You cannot worship beyond your knowledge!

  • This is why God will allow us to keep going through difficult times, not to hurt or harm us, but “to keep introducing Himself to us in knowledge” at different levels, through the different ways of being tried.
  • God will allow us to go through difficulties so we will have more material to worship Him with.
  • God takes us through experiences to introduce Himself to us, so we can have more material to give Him more worth.
  • The greater the test, trial, tribulation, etc. God brings us through “the more value you put on Him”, not just the fact that He brought you out, but you would value Him more over what He did.
  • This is why we cannot worship God over what we know!
  • “Knowing” has to be an encounter.
  • The “value” of your God is determined by the “knowledge” of your God.
  • We put false value on idols, something that cannot live or perform.
  • Elijah told them to bring all their gods and build an altar for them and one for him, and put plenty of water on mine. I will show them that their god cannot perform.
  • The problem with most worshippers is that they forget His benefits” because they forget Him in the process of benefits.
  • Worship has to come from your experience with your knowledge of God.
  • When God calls you out, He is calling you to worship Him in Spirit and in Truth.
  • To worship is to acknowledge Him as being your Source.
  • There is a danger to the one that tries to stop God’s called and chosen from serving, praising, and worshipping Him.
  • Exodus 4:22-23

22 And thou shalt say unto Pharaoh, Thus saith the Lord, Israel is my son, even my firstborn:

23 And I say unto thee, Let my son go, that he may serve me: and if thou refuse to let him go, behold, I will slay thy son, even thy firstborn.

  • To worship you must go backwards first and remember His benefits before you can genuinely worship God.

  • Here is a special note: The closer you get to God the “less leverage” you have with Him.

  • What does this mean? Remember when God told Moses in Numbers 20:7-12 to take his rod gather the people together and Aaron his brother and speak to the rock before them and it shall give forth water for the congregation and the beast to drink. And Moses took the rod before the Lord just as God had spoken, gathered the congregation together before the rock and call the people rebels, saying must we fetch you water out of this rock? Moses lifted up his hand and with his rod he hit the rock twice, and the water came out and the congregation and their beast drank.
  • In verse 12 God spoke to Moses and Aaron saying because of your unbelief (but it looks like God was talking to them both) and he did not sanctify the Lord in the eyes of the children of Israel, he will not bring them into the promise land which He had given them.
  • Moses was too close to God to do something God did not tell him to do.
  • Moses had to room for error. He had no sacrifices to offer God for his unwillingness to do things God’s way.
  • The fear of God is not just being afraid of God or reverential respect and love for Him; but it is to also be aware of God and how dangerous it is to get close to Him, because getting close to God leaves no room for maneuvering, a partial way of doing, accidents, compromise, errors, etc.
  • The Lord is very specific in what He says and what He has instructed you to do.
  • You don’t need anyone to judge you when you’re close to God, because God does it Himself.

Wednesday, September 2, 2020

  • The battle of creation verses Creator is your houses, land, money, self, etc. being made an idol.
  • God the Creator is more than the creation!
  • When the creation becomes more important than the Creator the result is misplaced worship and the creation of idolatry.
  • The greatest temptation in human experiences is the “elevation of, the distraction by, and the preoccupation with the creation” more than the Creator.
  • The value of things is summed up in the manufacturers of that thing.
  • The Source is more important than the resource.
  • When we began to acknowledge the Source out of the knowledge experienced then we begin to worship.

  • Worship does not begin or end with singing, dancing, or playing music.
  • True worship began when we acknowledge our souls Source.
  • David said, “I will bless the Lord, Oh my soul. His praise shall continually be in my mouth”. My soul shall make her boast in the Lord: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad. Psalm 34:1-2

  • When we place a higher value on a T.V. show that you don’t want to miss, it has become an idol.

  • Again, worship means “worth”, “to esteem with worth”, “to honor”, “to place highest value on”.

  • Worship is to “bow down”, “to acknowledge in all things”, “to blow kisses”, “perpetual gratitude” (perpetual means all the time, constantly, everywhere all the time).
  • Worship is to lay prostrate, to mingle, and to surrender you.
  • Whatever styles the Spirit of God requires you to do, do it in quietness.
  • Worship is private, deep intermingling with the Spirit of God.

  • The loud noises of praise are a sign that we are not close yet to the Spirit.
  • The louder your praise is proof that you are farther away than you think from entering into the “inner chamber” where there is no talking going on. This is where you surrender yourself!

PRAISE

  • The highest level of praise in the Hebrew word is “tehillah” meaning “spirit song”.
  • Tehillah is not a song you sing to Him, but it’s a song He begins to sing with you. It’s a spirit song!
  • Barak is always before Tehillah in the ascending praise.
  • Barak in Hebrew is the sixth (6th) level praise.
  • Barak means be quiet.

Lower levels of praise are:

  • *Hallal means to jump around while making noise

*Shabach means to shout

  • The higher you get the quieter you get because you are entering into His Chamber where the Lord is intimate with you and He does not want to talk.
  • Barak, the Lord is in His Holy Temple! Let all the earth keep silent!
  • When He shows up He is coming for intimacy.

  • When you leave His Chambers you leave quietly, not dancing when you have had a chamber experience with the Spirit of God. You go out pregnant!
  • You can never experience the intimacy of the Spirit of God and become impregnated from the outer courts.
  • In the outer courts we just flirt with God!

  • Praise describes God! Describe is praise!
  • Worship is surrender to God!
  • Worship is intimacy with God!
  • Worship ascribes Ascribe is to worship! To ascribe credit all things to!

  • When you describe someone you talk about them.
  • When you ascribe to is where worship begins.
  • Worship begins when I finally figure out everything is His, belongs to Him.

  • Ascribe to is the key to understanding worship, because when you ascribe to someone you are giving them credit.
  • When you describe someone you are telling them how they look or how they are.
  • For example, great is the Lord!! That is not worship that is description!
  • Oh Lord, you are beautiful! This is not worship that is description!
  • To say the Lord is powerful! That is not worship that is description!
  • Thou art awesome! Thou art worthy! Thou art Holy! This is still praise, not worship!

  • Praise is what we do, but worship is what God receives, allows, and accepts. When we understand this we will understand humility.
  • Anyone or anything we ascribe to, and receive it, allow it, and accept it they are competing with God. They are in immediate danger!

  • Daniel 4, King Nebauchnezzar, God made him a king and blessed his kingdom. He began to think it was him. He started to thinking he was God.
  • Read this chapter on how God humbled king Nebuchadnezzar for 7 years to know that the Most High rules and reign in the kingdom of men, and gives it to whosoever He Will. Then the Lord God gave him back understanding and he began to bless the Lord; praise and honor the Lord God that lives forever and ever; and whose dominion is an everlasting dominion, and His kingdom is from generation from generation.
  • King Nebauchnezzer’s testimony in verse 37 says Now I Nebuchadnezzar praise and extol and honour the King of heaven, all whose works are truth, and His ways judgment: and those that walk in pride He is able to abase.
  • It is okay for people to praise you but don’t receive it and don’t accept it, but keep passing it on to the Lord. That is worship!

  • You always read where Jesus kept transferring all the CREDIT to God by saying I can only do what I see My Father do. My Father is the one that do the work. This protected Jesus and kept Him in the power of God.
  • The power flow is tied into the CREDIT transferred! In other words, who is getting the credit for the power flowing.
  • The danger of success is for me to receive the credit and allowing others to give it to me, and accept it as though I deserve it. I am now in trouble with God because the people are now worshipping me.

  • Worship is only possible through the knowledge of the one worshipped.
  • You cannot worship beyond what you know about a person.
  • We end up worshipping things and stuff because we know our talent real good, we know what we are capable of doing once trained; but we don’t know the God that gave us the talents and or the capability to be trained to become skilled in what you know how to do.
  • This is why God permits us to go through so that our experiences of Him will give us more material to worship Him with.
  • When we go through the fires and the floods of our life’s choices and their consequences, we should learn to ascribe to God as He allows us to go through these difficulties for us to KNOW Him in a new way, a greater way.
  • Worship is only reserved for the Lord! That is the key to worship, He is Lord.
  • Worship is the acknowledgement and the ascribing of all things and everything to the Source.
  • Worship is the revelation of the Source of creation.
  • True worship does not have to be generated by man.
  • True worship is a result of something; a result of a revelation of knowledge that we understand who the Source of everything is created.

Amen

Closing out our study on Worship

Why worship God?

Psalm 24:1-3

1 The earth is the Lord’s, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.

2 For He hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.

3 Who shall ascend into the hill of the Lord? Or who shall stand in His holy place?

4 He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.

5 He shall receive the blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from the God of His salvation.

Psalm 37:1 FRET not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity. 2 For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb.

  • Worshippers live in a happy state of godliness.

Why does God want worship from His people?

The Lord wants His people to be “free” to worship Him without the cares of this world and the bondage of their idols.

Just as He used Moses to tell Pharaoh to “let My people go”.

Exodus 5:1 And afterward Moses and Aaron went in, and told Pharaoh, Thus saith the Lord God of Israel, Let my people go, that they may hold a feast unto Me in the wilderness.

Romans 6:7 For he that is dead is freed from sin.

Now that I know from the scripture in Genesis 3:5, 22 that I am a god too, why should I worship God? This is all I can give God if He need me to worship Him!

The opposite of worship is:

  • Lack of gratitude
  • Self-praise where you take all the credit for all
  • Self-credit where you tell the world it is you that brought you this far. For example, “I am a self-made millionaire”.
  • Selfish pride says “It’s all about me”.
  • Self-worship is what made Lucifer get kicked out of Heaven. Lucifer was in charge of worship.

Job 1:21 Job said, Naked came I out of my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return thither; the Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord.

When Job was going through he fell to the ground and worshipped God. And in all Job sinned not, nor did he charge God foolishly for anything.

God means “self-sustaining One”.

God is the Supreme Owner of everything.

To blow Him a kiss means “I totally depend on you”.

The angels totally bow to God, because they have the revelation of who is sitting on the Throne. They that in Him they move, they breathe, and have their being.

We are trying to get there and stay there!

When we get this revelation of the Source there will be a consciousness of constant thanksgiving. Your praise will be continually!

Why? Because I understand where it all comes from, that is the Source. I don’t need a worship leader!

I understand that everything I am and will ever be belongs to God.

The more gratitude – the more increase of your latitude – which improves my altitude.

It is when we get close to God that He starts giving us stuff!

  • Worshipping God and He will give us Exodus 23:24-27

24 Thou shalt not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor do after their works: but thou shalt utterly overthrow them, and quite break down their images.

25 And ye shall serve the Lord your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.

26 There shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren, in thy land: the number of thy days I will fulfill.

27 I will send my fear before thee, and will destroy all the people to whom thou shalt come, and I will make all thine enemies turn their backs unto thee.

The Holy Ghost is given to us to keep us in the way of the Lord God.

Denouncing idolatry by allowing God to cleanse our hearts of it and get rid of the things/stuff that so easily put us in the flesh and pumped up with pride.

Worship is relationship and gives us divine protection, causing God to be an enemy to our enemies.

There is no way to be a worshipper and can’t hear and obey the voice of God!

As a worshipper God will cut off those wicked ones; health is promised; longevity is promised.

Long life is tied to gratitude. So keep transferring all the CREDIT to God and you will keep being blessed.

  • Worship is a natural response to an understanding of the Source of all things.

  • Worship is the total transfer of all the CREDIT to my SUPREME SOURCE, who is the owner of all things and everything.

  • Worship is not singing and dancing around, that is praise!

  • Worship is surrendering all to God, holding nothing back.

What do I use to worship? What material do I need to worship? What do I bring to worship?

  • Worship must be the result of whatever God is asking you for. Whatever He wants?
  • As the Creator of worship He has the right to ask for anything He wants from us in worship. Why? Because He owns everything.
  • If He tells you to serenade Him in dance, then you dance.
  • If He tells you to roll on the floor or jump up and down, then you roll and jump.
  • Whatever He tells you to do, do it?

St John 2:5 Just as the mother of Jesus would say, “whatsoever He saith unto you, do it”.

  • Worship is acknowledging TOTAL DEPENDENCY on God.
  • Jesus understood worship. St Matthew 4:8 Satan was saying to God, “I’m going to give you everything of my kingdom if you worship me”.
  • How can Satan give to God what is already God’s?
  • Only the owner deserves worship!
  • When anyone in your life wants to compete with God in your heart, in your life they are asking to become an idol and you should worship them/it.
  • Worship is an act of the Will to do!

Amen

What is the Knowledge of Truth

What is the knowledge of truth?

Apostle Tracey Robinson

  • 2 Timothy 3:7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

The truth of the knowledge is: if I leave the Spirit of life, I’ll eat from the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

I will have become as the serpent had said in Genesis 3:5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

In Genesis 2:17 God said to the man, But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

Now God in fact had to acknowledge this truth in Genesis 3:22 by saying, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever:

God knew that man had to be escorted from the garden, which is God’s presence so that his knowledge now of good and evil won’t cause him to sin anymore by trying to steal eternal life, be his own god, and live forever.

A tree is known by the fruit it produces.

Are you a good tree? Or are you a corrupt tree? Or are you a tree that has withered without fruit?

This is the knowledge of the truth of your life in salvation!

The Tree of Life and the Tree of the Knowledge of good and evil

Genesis 2:9 And out of the ground made the Lord God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

What is an example of the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil?

  • Our educational system

So Eve admired the trees of the garden so till it was not hard for her to be enticed by the serpent.

Proverbs 3:22 Wisdom refers herself to the tree of life. 22 She is a tree of life to them that lay hold upon her: and happy is every one that retaineth her.

11:30 The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.

Ezekiel 47:12 And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine.

Revelation 2:7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; to him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

  • We that possess the life of the Tree of Life produce the fruit of life eternal on earth.
  • We that possess the life of the Tree of the Knowledge of good and evil produce the fruit unrighteousness, the works of the flesh Galatians 5:19-21, along with its lust, habits, practices, and sensuous desires.
  • All these things are of the Tree of the Knowledge of good and evil!

How do we know who possesses what fruit from what tree? Jesus said in St Matthew 7:16-20 by their fruits you shall know them.

16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.

18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

The Tree of Life represents your spiritual personal development, your uniqueness, and the beauty you possess in the strength of wisdom, knowledge, and understanding of the Kingdom of God and His righteousness.

  • What is the fruit of the Tree of Life?
  • The Spirit gives life, not only in this life but in the life to come
  • Righteousness, peace, joy in the Holy Ghost
  • The fruit of the Spirit found in Galatians 5: 22-23
  • The life of the fruit of the tree of life can be seen in you and upon you
  • The life of the fruit of the tree of life will cause those that are living by the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil to hate you
  • As you possess life, the good and the evil seek more knowledge.
  • The fruit of life don’t seek more knowledge because we have a relationship. This leads us to the Source and the Source teaches us.

The Tree of the Knowledge of good and evil represents the spiritual inwardness with sinful desires, struggling to give up you as a “god” in order to humble yourself to the Spirit of God in order to return to life. This inward struggle is sin in me!

  • The serpent really did not lie when he said to Eve that you shall become as “gods”.
  • This is where the problem lies within the Will of the spirit man submitting himself back to God.
  • These are the two choices we have: the knowledge of truth or the knowledge of good and evil.
  • We are going to choose to live one of them out, one way or the other.
  • This is why I always say there are no gray areas in salvation.
  • You will either serve God or Satan.
  • It is Heaven or Hell.
  • You are either hot or cold. Lukewarm is not acceptable!
  • You are either righteous or unrighteous.
  • The fruit of the knowledge of good and evil is “forever learning and never coming into the knowledge of the truth”. This is the fruit “ever learning”.
  • When you consider yourself as a god then the good in you tells you that you are good and don’t need God.
  • The Tree of the Knowledge of good and evil represents the Will of the flesh and believe that its fruit is morally good and its goodness will represent him before the Father.
  • The Tree of the knowledge of good and evil represents spiritual bondage that says, “for that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I”. Romans 7:15.
  • Romans 7:18 goes on to say, For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh), dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.
  • This is that fruit from the knowledge of good and evil!
  • And the hardest part is to take down from the throne that I have established for self without God, to then allow God to become my God to guide, lead, and instruct my comings and goings.
  • The Tree of the Knowledge of good and evil produces selfishness as its fruit. This is why the so-called body of Christ is a selfish body that is not attached to it.
  • The Tree of the Knowledge of good and evil’s fruit is 2 Timothy 3:2-4, and the fruit is having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
  • There is no loyalty when you eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. It started out in the garden when Adam sold Eve out to God by saying, “that woman you gave me”.

Here is the truth: Two gods cannot stay together! Only one can rein!

  • Who is going to worship who?
  • What god is going to take the reins and control?
  • What god are you serving?
  • Who is going to give the orders and you follow?
  • St Matthew 6:24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God an mammon.
  • In this verse of scripture, mammon is personified.
  • Personified meaning it represents quality or concept by a figure in human form.
  • These days we are seeing a combination of the fruit of the trees, because men are so void of the Spirit they are living out of the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
  • The seed sown by Adam and Eve is full grown in the hearts of mankind, meaning that the spirit man thinks that he can live his life his own way and by his own rule without God.
  • This is what’s making it so easy for Satan to influence a generation that will worship themselves; and make it hard to tell a generation that they need God.
  • We wonder why we wrestle with our children and their children and wonder why they don’t want God. IT’S BECAUSE THEY THINK THAT THEY ARE GOD!!!

Amen

St Luke 9:57-62

57 And it came to pass, that, as they went in the way, a certain man said unto him, Lord, I will follow thee whithersoever thou goest.

58 And Jesus said unto him, Foxes have holes, and birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head.

59 And he said unto another, Follow me. But he said, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my father.

60 Jesus said unto him, Let the dead bury their dead: but go thou and preach the kingdom of God.

61 And another also said, Lord, I will follow thee; but let me first go bid them farewell, which are at home at my house.

62 And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.

  • People got every excuse and all kinds of excuses as to why they cannot serve the Lord in Spirit and in Truth.
  • People got every excuse and all kinds of excuses as to why they cannot serve the Lord God only according to His Word exemplified through His Son Jesus.
  • When the call to salvation comes through the “spiritual attraction” of the Lord God through His Son Jesus and we were or are drawn to Him who had reconciled us back to Himself by Jesus the Christ, we come up with many excuses as to why we are not ready to serve or cannot serve at this time.
  • Reconcile means to restore relations between; cause to coexist in harmony; make or show to be compatible.

2 Corinthians 5:18-21

18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;

19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.

21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

  • When salvation calls it calls you to serve the Lord and others through the ministry of reconciliation given to us as new creatures, born again in Christ Jesus.
  • The ministry of reconciliation is the same ministry of Jesus the Christ that received us into His favor bringing us unto harmony with Him.
  • This ministry of reconciliation is given to us so that by our word and deed we might aim at others to bring them into harmony also with the Lord God.
  • This ministry is given to all who enter into salvation by confession of the mouth and believing in your heart. Romans 10:9-10
  • The ministry of reconciliation is a soul winner’s ministry! It is a ministry we all have been given by Jesus to turn hearts toward God and back to God which is crucial and critical.
  • Jesus paid the price for our reconciliation because God so loved the world (St John 3:16), therefore we must give this same message of reconciliation in love to others, as well as our lives need to reflect the message of reconciliation.
  • God uses us through this ministry to tell the world about Him through His Son Jesus and how they too need to be reconciled back to God.
  • Many followers get tested here at the very beginning of their salvation and fail!
  • Then it becomes a form of godliness with a selfish relationship with motive.

  • The luxury of your flesh will always put a stumbling block in front of you from your past with its lusts, practices, habits, and desires to cause you to fail as a follower being tested.
  • The lavish desires of your flesh to live as you supposed God would have you to live void of His Will and righteousness.
  • In this case we would do exactly as the serpent allowed Satan access to his body so he could do his business (damage preferably) in earth against God.
  • Think about it now, so when we allow Satan to access the Will of your flesh again then we/you are no different than the serpent!
  • We blame so much and everything on Adam and Eve, but forgetting the serpent that the Spirit of Satan enticed him first in order to do his business through him against God. Remember the serpent got cursed too!
  • Satan’s domain is your flesh if you give him access to it to do his business in earth that is against God.
  • Satan’s business in the earth is and will always be against God. The quicker we apply this knowledge in understanding we will then be able to move forward in Christ and grow in the things of God.
  • Our Will is powerful! We have the power to choose God or the devil to do business through us through the use of our body.
  • It is your choice!
  • This is an area where many excuses appear and remain effective in followers, especially when being tested.
  • BUT we have the power of our Will to shut Satan’s kingdom and its business in our flesh down; CLOSED for renovation of the Spirit of God; UNDER new management!

  • All followers will be tested by the Spirit of the Word of God or by the temptations of the spirit of Satan (the devil), with both competing to do business of righteousness or unrighteousness in the earth realm.
  • We as followers try to make it seem like God’s word today is not the same yesterday and forever. His Word does not change from generation to generation!
  • Followers will be tested by the Spirit of God or tempted by the spirit of Satan to see if your confession is made whole and solid in you.
  • Spiritual hindrances are supposed to come upon and after you. Why? Because you say you are a follower of Christ Jesus.
  • If your heart is half way with God and the other half in still entangled with the cares of this world, the bondage of your soul, and the poverty of your spirit, you will fail when tested by the Word of God, because you still belong to Satan’s kingdom.
  • Satan has a kingdom that is of the flesh and its works. Galatians 5:19-21
  • God’s Kingdom is within you. St Luke 17:21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! Or, Lo there! For, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.
  • God’s Kingdom is not meat and drink, but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. Romans 14:17
  • Don’t get the Kingdoms mixed up like as you do the Church or the Body of Christ!
  • There are no detours! There are no short cuts! There is no microwave version of salvation! You must come in at the door you are being called through.

St John 10:1-2 Jesus said it this way,

1 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.

2 But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.

  • What is the sheepfold? A sheepfold is a sheep pen.
  • The door is Jesus.

A follower is an adherent or devotee of a particular person, cause, or activity.

A disciple is a follower or student of a teacher, leader, or philosopher.

Evaluate your beginning.

Are you a follower or a disciple?

Spiritual Gifts Pt 2

Spiritual Gifts

What really works spiritual gifts?

Additions to Study

Faith, pages 4-5

  1. The gift of faith is obtained from “NOW” faith which is faith that just believes, and increases as it is believed in.
  2. Faith is a seed that must be perceived to be conceived. It is through conception faith grows in you.
  3. Saving faith grows into the measure of faith that has been dealt to you through grace.
  4. This seed of faith is planted and begins germination through your confession in Christ and must take root in your spirit. It is through the Word of God that grows faith in you as you believe and take on its transforming process.

  • Faith is a believer’s spiritual power and without it you will always experience and have spiritual failure.

St Matthew 17:20 And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

  • Faith gives spiritual power;
  • Faith removes obstacles; and
  • Faith produces and manifests the promises of the Lord to you and through you.
  • St Matthew 17:20, the condition of spiritual power.
  • Without this mustard seed faith you will only have spiritual failure.

  • Faith practiced in the Word teaches us how to walk by it and not by sight.
  • Human reasoning and abilities produces spiritual failure by limiting faith in the earth realm by trying to misappropriate faith, its purpose, and its uses. Faith really is a spiritual power!
  • Faith only grows toward and with the Will of God and His Word.
  • Faith will sanctify the believer bringing them into the “affections of God’s holiness”.
  • Faith ushers in love! You cannot love without faith! In other words, faith is love’s congregation.
  • Faith needs works! Faith in singing songs that are carnal in nature; from designing an outward appearance; having a form of godliness with pretense is not works.
  • Faith demonstrates and works in and by the Word of God that you have surrendered to as it transformed to.
  • Believers that lack in faith constantly face and experience spiritual failure that is whether it is the saving faith with its measure or the gift of faith.

Gift of Healing

  • Every gift comes with a “laboring” attached to it!
  • This gift of healing is not a popular gift that is sought by many to want to be able to do for the namesake of Christ Jesus in the earth.
  • This gift requires a person that has suffered and sacrifice in their own body, mind, spirit, and soul in order to stand proxy for someone else. Because you know that God can and will heal!
  • Proxy is a person empowered by another to act for him, the office or right to do so to act, or the instrument conferring it.
  • This gift requires one to by faith know God; know that God is a healer; know that God is healing them while they stand interceding for another.
  • This gift is used to have the faith and love to believe that one can be made whole, saving them from disease and its effects; to save thoroughly.
  • This gift comes with care and attention to and for healing; the stress of the process of reaching completion through cures from the acts of Christ Jesus.
  • The Spirit of Intercession is needful in and with the gift of healing. It is a must!
  • The Spirit of Intercession seeks the presence and hearing of God on the behalf of others.
  • The Spirit of Intercession is the intercessory work of the Holy Spirit for the saints.
  • Hebrews 7:25; James 5:14-16

Spiritual gifts

What really works spiritual gifts?

DISCLAIMER:

  • The teachings are not designed to teach you how to operate in your spiritual gifts, but how to submit yourself to the authority of your gifts and for what it is to be used for.
  • This is well stated in Ephesians 4:12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.
  • These teachings are designed to enlighten you to evaluate yourself with the Spirit of God that has “indwelled” you to know how to operate perfectly in Him with His approval as the scripture in Isaiah 55:11 states So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
  • If the Word of God in you is submitted to and properly adhered to, you should be able to spiritually sow the Word(s) of God to His people as well as to those who are to come.
  • To defeat the devil in your Will you must surrender all to the Spirit of God, that is His Holy Spirit, in order to operate and function as Christ Jesus did as a Son, so shall you do also.

PART I

Wednesday, April 15, 2020

  • Spiritual means relating to or affecting the human soul and spirit, as opposed to materialistic or physical things.
  • Operation means the fact or condition of functioning or being active.
  • Function is to work or operate in a proper or particular way.
  • Spiritual gifts are just as it says “spiritual gifts”. These spiritual gifts are the gifts of the Holy Spirit, Ephesians 1:19; Colossians 1:29
  • Spiritual gifts are for the spiritual good! The spiritual good means that which is in accordance to the Will of God’s purpose, plan, and intent in you for Him in earth.
  • Spiritual gifts are an endowment or extraordinary power given by the Holy Spirit. Acts 1:8
  • The Holy Spirit is the “spiritual illumination of the Spirit of God”.
  • The work of the Holy Spirit along with the diversities of operation in the gifts is conviction of sin, conviction of righteousness, and conviction of judgment. St John 16:7-11.
  • Spiritual gifts are of the Holy Spirit, not intuition, not gut feelings, not from energy, but only from the Holy Spirit of the Spirit of God.
  • There are no feelings involved in the administration and ministering of the gifts of the Spirit or in displaying the fruit of the Spirit, (Galatians 5:22-24).
  • The impulses of the “feelings” are incorporated within the flesh’s 5-sense knowledge, its carnality, and the devil.
  • Impulse is a sudden strong and unreflective urge or desire to act; a driving or motivating force.
  • Unreflective means not engaged in or characterized by reflection or thought; not reflecting light.
  • The flesh is the devil’s dwelling and habitation, used to portray him as being a part of the Will of God; appearing as an angel of light in darkness; having a form of godliness – a familiar spirit to act out the Holiness of the Spirit of God.
  • The flesh is very deceitful in the usage of the spiritual gifts, therefore the Spirit of God will not use the flesh to operate or function in.
  • Spiritual gifts are individualized for the manifestation of the Spirit of God which is given to every man to profit for good.
  • Spiritual gifts don’t operate in a liar, a compromiser, practical common sense, or one that operates in any part(s) of Galatians 5:19-21.
  • Spiritual gifts work by the same Spirit: God which works all in all.

PART II

Wednesday, April 22, 2020

Let’s study the Word in scriptures and apply them to your spirit man:

1 Corinthians 12; 13; 14

Ephesians 4:1-16

Acts 6:1-7, a definition of the gift of administration

The Church

  • The Church is made up of a body of unified believers with Christ Jesus being the Head of the Body. 1 Corinthians 12:12-14; Ephesians 1:22-23; 4:12; Colossians 1:24; 2:19
  • The Spirit forms the Church by baptizing all believers into the body of Christ, imparts the gifts for service to every member of the body; guides the members in their service; and is Himself the power of the service. St Matthew 1:18; 1 Corinthians 12:7-11, 27, 30; St Luke 2:27; 4:1; Acts 16:6-7.
  • Unified means make or become united, uniform, or whole.
  • The gifts of the Spirit within the aiding of the fruit of the Spirit make up the Church.
  • Romans 12:3-13 compares the Church to the human body and its various duties as the Church.
  • The Body of Christ should only operate and function as the Bride of Christ.
  • The Spirit abides in the company of believers who constitute the House of Prayer making them corporately, a temple of God. 1 Corinthians 3:16-17.
  • No man can say that Jesus is LORD, but by the Holy Ghost.

The Holy Spirit (The Holy Ghost)

  • The Holy Spirit is revealed as a divine Person. St John 14, 16
  • Indwell means to inhabit; to abide within.
  • To each believer is given a spiritual enablement and capacity for a specific service.

  1. God all throughout the Bible for our examples has chosen to use vessels to put His Spirit “upon”, “with”, and “in”. St John 14:17; St Luke 24:49; Acts 1:8.
  2. The Holy Spirit comes upon whom He Will, without reference to conditions in them.
  3. The Holy Spirit comes with indicating the approach of God to the Soul of the Spirit man; convicting of sin; regenerating, as He imparts faith; and presents Christ Jesus as the object of faith in all mankind. St John 3:16; 14:14; Ephesians 2:8.
  4. The Holy Spirit indwelling in is the abiding presence of the Spirit in the believer’s body, to give victory over their flesh, as He creates in them the Christ like character and nature; to help their infirmities; inspire to pray; give conscious access to the Presence of the Father; acknowledge son ship; applying the Word of God to cleanse, sanctify, and deliver; as He comforts and intercedes; etc. 1 Corinthians 6:19; Romans 8:2-4; Galatians 5:16-17; 22-23; Romans 8:26; Ephesians 6:18; 2:18; Galatians 5:6; Ephesians 6:26; 2 Thessalonians 2:13; 1 Peter 1:2; Acts 9:31; St John 16:14.

The different gifts of the Holy Spirit that are “indwelled” by the Spirit: 1 Corinthians 12:8-10. There perfection is through “spiritual indwelling”.

Gifts of the Holy Spirit are:

  • Word of Wisdom
  1. The source of Wisdom and for Wisdom is God
  2. Wisdom is the quality of having experience, knowledge, and good judgment; the quality of being wise
  3. James 1:5-8
  4. Wisdom is a power that gives the ability to discern inner qualities and relationships; in sight; knowledge of what is true or right coupled with just
  5. Job 28:28 And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding.
  6. The fear of the Lord is wisdom means reverential fear of God as being the controlling motive of life, in matters spiritual and moral; reverential fear of God that is love and respect; reverential fear of His power and righteous retribution; reverential fear that dreads displeasing Him; etc.
  7. To depart from evil is understanding means whatever is evil in character, base, in distinction (wherever the distinction is observable); whatever is evil in influence and effect, malignant; what is useless, incapable, and bad; what is destructive, injurious; profoundly immoral and wicked; etc.
  8. Proverbs 4:7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.
  9. James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
  10. Hosea 14:9 Who is wise, and he shall understand these things? Prudent, and he shall know them? The ways of the Lord are right, and the just shall walk in them: but the transgressors shall fall therein.

Common sense is not a gift of the Holy Spirit

  • Common sense is not a gift of the Holy Spirit!
  • Common sense does not employ faith!
  • Common sense does not apply or employ the Spirit of the Lord.
  • Common sense is described as the ability which humans process sense-perception, memories, and imagination in order to reach many types of basic judgments.
  • Common sense is practical judgment concerning every day matters.
  • Practical means of or concerned with the actual doing or use of something rather than with theory and ideas.
  • Practical is a basic ability to perceive, understand, and judge using the 5-senses that is shared by all people. It’s a common thing to do!

  • Word of Knowledge
  1. Spiritual knowledge that causes you to exalt the Lord in all things, everything.
  2. Jeremiah 9:24 But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the Lord which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the Lord.
  3. Spiritual acquaintances and/or relationship with God. A personal knowledge or experience with Him.
  4. Hosea 6:3 KJV Amplified Yes, let us know (recognize, be acquainted with, and understand) Him; let us be zealous to know the Lord [to appreciate, give heed to, and cherish Him], His going forth is prepared and certain as the dawn, and He will come to us as the [heavy] rain, as the latter rain that waters the earth.
  5. Word of knowledge is associated with the ability to teach faith in wisdom, revelation knowledge and in prophecy.
  6. Spiritual knowledge is not given to be a hindrance to mankind, instead of a help to mankind.
  7. Obedience is a Kingdom key and a condition of receiving the gift of word of knowledge.
  8. St John 7:16-17 Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but His that sent Me. 17 If any man will do His Will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.
  9. Spiritual knowledge liberates the Soul from ALL
  10. St John 8:31-32 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on Him, If ye continue in My word, then are ye my disciples indeed; 32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
  11. Spiritual knowledge leads to eternal life.
  12. St John 17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou has sent.
  13. Philippians 3:10 That I may know Him, and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being made conformable unto His death;
  14. Colossians 1:10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;

  • Faith
  1. There is a difference between the gifts of faith and saving faith that is required for salvation.
  2. The gift of faith just believes God in whatever the situation, circumstance, or issue is, without reservations. It is not a “transactional faith”.
  3. All believers have been given “saving faith”, but not all believers are given the “gift of faith”. One must grow its faith!
  4. Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace ye are saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
  5. Saving faith in Christ secures salvation. St John 3:15; 3:36
  6. Saving faith’s belief on the Son of God gives us everlasting life, and without it we won’t see life everlasting. St John 5:24-25; 12:46; 20:31; Romans 10:9-10
  7. Romans 12:3 speaks of “a measure of faith” according to God He has dealt to every spirit man.
  8. This measure of faith starts in hearing the Word of God! Romans 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.
  9. Hearing increases one’s faith to spiritually grow in the full stature of Christ Jesus. This is the transformation process, if permitted!
  10. Romans 14:23 And he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because he eateth not of faith: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.
  11. 2 Corinthians 5:7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight):
  12. Hebrews 11:1; James 2:17
  13. 1 John 5:4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.

PART IV

INTRODUCTION

Faith is a necessity for any gift of the Spirit. Faith employs love. God is love. Perfect love casts out all fear.

Because some believers lack faith in all they do for God they are not effectual in their gifts and calling. It is impossible to give God pleasure, glory, and honor through your vessel if you don’t believe.

In the gifts, that is being a gift and possessing gifts is not yours until you understand it and know how to hear the voice of the authority over the gifts.

The gifts of the Holy Spirit are given to everyone as “a grace gift” called Charisma, a gift of grace on the part of God. Gifts are given because of “grace”, God’s unmerited favor toward all mankind. They are given to everyone to “profit withal” (meaning in addition, as a further factor or consideration).

The gifts of the Holy Spirit are given with the favor of God, His Grace which we all have received without any merit of our own. In other words, your fasting and praying didn’t get you the gift(s); your suffering and sacrifice didn’t get you the gift(s); being a good servant to your Pastor or 1st Lady does not give you the gift(s) of the Holy Spirit; and we don’t receive them just because someone laid hands on us. The gift(s) are given to every man severally as the Lord God Will. They are not given based upon merits of our own!

Our disqualification is our qualification!

Salvation is a gift given by the Grace of God to be bestowed upon sinners. Romans 5:15-21.

The gift of the Holy Spirit is bestowed upon believers, that which is imparted by the Spirit into the spirit of man. Romans 12:4-21.

The gift of the Holy Spirit along with the gifts is for the operation in the Church.

  • Gifts of Healing
  • All spiritual gifts must operate in faith and love, but the gifts of healing will require a special measure of faith and love.
  • Those that have this gift are compassionate toward the sickness of others and prayerful toward them.
  • This gift reveals the intimacy of God’s heart and compassion to heal sickness and torment from illnesses. It reveals that He is near and is concerned about your sickness.
  • Spiritual healing must take place first in order for the body to take on the healing.
  • 3 John 2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
  • Health is promised to the obedient! To be healthy, sound, in good health; whole.
  • Exodus 15:26 And said, If thou wilt diligently harken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the Lord that healeth thee.
  • Deuteronomy 7:15 And the Lord will take away from thee all sickness, and will put none of the evil diseases of Egypt, which thou knowest, upon thee; but will lay them upon all them that hate thee.
  • Jeremiah 30:17 For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the Lord; because they called thee an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after.
  1. This gift is inspired and will serve when you have the ability to act as an intermediary in faith, prayer, and by the laying on of hands for the healing of the physical, mental, and spiritual sicknesses. Or stand
  2. Intermediary is a person who acts as a link between people in order to bring about an agreement or reconciliation; a mediator; intermediate.
  3. Proxy is a person empowered by another to act for him, the office or right to do so to act, or the instrument conferring it.
  4. The intermediary or the one standing in proxy must have faith to know God; know that God is a healer, as well as for them self; know that God will heal and not be deterred when He chooses not to heal an individual.
  5. To serve as an attendant to care for the sick, to treat, cure, heal spiritually.
  6. This gift will come with the spirit of wisdom, knowledge, and understanding; the spirit of counsel and might; and the spirit of intercession.
  7. Our prayer should be, Lord don’t heal me for me but heal me for your Namesake. God’s namesake is His reputation. So we must succeed to protect His reputation.
  8. When we publicize what God has told us to do, as well as walk in obedience to His Way we put “pressure” on Him by faith. God cannot resist faith! Faith is Himself!
  9. St Matthew 10:1; St Mark 3:15; 16:18
  10. Acts 3:1-10; 9:32-35; 28:7-10
  11. Hebrews 7:25; James 5:14-16

INTRODUCTION

Emotions do not move or bring the Kingdom of God into existence in the earth’s realm. Emotionalism from the flesh seems to govern the Christian believers today. They say they “feel God’s presence in the flesh! They say the presence of the Spirit of God is likening to your intuition (the ability to understand something immediately, without the need for a conscious reasoning), a gut feeling (an instinct, or intuition; an immediate basic feeling or reaction without logical rationale), or a surge of positive energy that feels good.

These feelings stem from the 5-sense knowledge of the natural, better known as the flesh of man. None of these feelings in the natural man apply nor employ the Spirit of the Lord God.

Emotions lie in the soul of man. They are one of the 3 parts that make up the Soul of man: the mind; the Will; and the emotions.

Our emotions should be governed and or controlled by the Holy Spirit incorporated in your spirit, giving God total control over the Soul of the spirit man.

The Spirit of God, the Holy Ghost will never at any time use the sensations of the flesh man to operate in the ministry of His Holy Spirit.

The flesh is animated by the Spirit to demonstrate, as well as act out the Presence of the Spirit of God without any Will of the flesh. Therefore, your feelings are dull and numb to the Holy Spirit and His uses in ministry.

The flesh is carnal! It is a hostile enemy to the Spirit of God! It has to die to the use of the Holy Spirit.

The flesh is a perpetrator that only carries out harmful, illegal, and immoral acts against the Spirit of God through its works in Galatians 5:19-21.

  • Working of Miracles
  • St Matthew 11:2-6
  1. We are miracles in the works!
  2. Miracles are designed as a ministry of the Holy Spirit for the spirit man to know the power of the Lord God.
  3. Miracles are our witness acknowledging Christ as the Messiah.
  4. Right now religion precedes and preoccupies the believers until the Kingdom comes. But when we realize that religion is just a form of godliness that denies the actual power of God, we will then see the Kingdom and our King. The former king (i.e. the world, the flesh, the devil, its systems, and ungodly men, etc.) will have to yield to the new King or flee.
  5. Miracles are the evidence that another government is taking dominion.
  6. Miracles are dominion over the earth that is the very Presence of the Spirit of God “inhabiting” the earth’s realm. The earth has become His place of environment, His place of occupancy. His inhabitance dominates because He is Holy!
  7. The Kingdom of God dominating the environment of the earth is a miracle through the vessel(s) He has chosen to inhabit in the earth realm.
  8. Miracles are to testify of the Divine possibilities of God and of the impossibilities of human beings without the Spirit of God.
  9. For example, it’s like the spirit of worship when He inhabits!
  10. This is why man-made worship is a “practiced joke”! It is the opposite of worship! It is self-praise, where we take the credit for all; it is self-credit that tells the world it is all about you and you have brought yourself this far; it is selfish pride; it is self-worship. This is what made Lucifer fall, self-pride, self-centered, that says it’s all about me.
  11. Let me talk about worship for a minute or two here!
  12. Because the Spirit of the Lord’s presence dominates within you and around you and there is silence, not singing, music playing and loud chants, etc. There is an oneness in the atmosphere that signifies His Holiness is present and is now in our midst.
  13. The scripture in Habakkuk 2:20 says But the Lord is in His holy temple: let all the earth keep silence before Him.
  14. Silence reverences God and His presence because His presence has filled the temple, meaning you, me, and all the elements around bow down to presence of His Spirit. The King has entered in!
  15. Today’s worship is too noisy for the Presence for the Lord to enter in, along with the inability for all to be in one accord.
  16. Worship is not an act to perform! Worship is spiritual! Worship is Holy!
  17. Worship is an awareness of acknowledgment (accept or admit the existence or truth of) that comes to us and will make us respond in that acknowledgment that God is our Creator, our Soul’s Source, Sustainer, and owner of all things with the expression in thoughts of honor, gratitude, appreciation, thanksgiving, reverence, respect, and humility in the response of this knowledge. Not the ability to experience this knowledge yet, but just acknowledging the fact that you know it.
  18. Worship is a portrait of a total surrendered vessel that the Lord has inhabited in earth!
  19. Worship is acknowledging TOTAL DEPENDENCY ON GOD!
  20. The working of miracles produces and restores healing, blind eyes opening, lame to walk, dead raised, etc. means that the Kingdom has taken dominion over the earth and is correcting the cells, the blood, the breath, the organs, the nerves, etc. in the bodies of the citizens of the Kingdom of God.
  21. The gifts of healing and the working of miracles work together, but are yet different in operation and function.
  22. The working of miracles is that dunamis powers inherent ability that can instantaneously and completely heals. It is a healing and deliverance ability that goes beyond any laws of physics and beyond the natural laws of human reasoning and its abilities.
  23. The gifts of healing are healing that is a gradual process in progress.
  24. The working of miracles includes more than just healing from sickness, diseases, and its effects; but they both purify to heal the spirit man.
  25. When working miracles the Presence of the Spirit of God has come to dominate the earth to provide the need of the citizens of His Kingdom, His people and to leave no natural evidence to be found for the laws of physics or natural laws to figure out except they have to acknowledge God.
  26. God’s Presence and His Works defies laws in the earth realm.
  27. The Bible gives us many examples of miracles performed. For example:
  28. Joshua 10:7-14 Joshua commanded the sun and the moon to stand still.
  29. 2 Kings 20:1-11 Hezekiah was given a sign to confirm the Word of God spoken regarding his personal deliverance from sickness with a promise to live 15 more years.
  30. December 25, 1993 or 1992 I saw the Lord stop time and death as my car hit a bridge covered with ice traveling at a speed of 70 miles an hour or so. This is truly a miracle experienced!

  • Prophecy
  • 1 Corinthians 14, prophecy is commended
  1. The gift of prophecy is having the ability to receive a divinely inspired message from the Spirit of the Lord God and deliver it to the Church. It makes known the Heart of God to the edifying of the Church.
  2. Prophecy is the speaking forth of the mind and counsel of God; the forth-telling of the Will of God whether with reference to the past, the present, or the future.
  3. Prophecy is spoken in the form of exhortation, correction, disclosure of secret sins, future events, to comfort, inspiration, and or other revelation knowledge given to perfect the saints, for the working of the ministry, and for the edifying of the body of Christ.
  4. Prophecy edifies the Church.
  5. Prophesying is greater than just speaking in tongues except the interpretation is there to edify the Church.
  6. Prophecy and the Prophets must understand and know the mind of God and not the Hand of God.
  7. The Hand of God deals with His Acts, whereas the Mind of God deals with His Ways.
  8. This gift is to those that are sensitive to both the prompting in obedience to the Holy Spirit and the need of the Church. In doing so and being led by the Spirit the Church will be built continually together in unity.
  9. A believer can be a chosen instrument of God to accomplish God’s purpose and may have the gift of prophecy only and not necessarily have the office of a prophet!
  10. Pastors can have the gift of prophecy and are not necessarily have the office of a prophet.
  11. Everyone that prophesies is not necessarily a prophet!
  12. This is where a lot of confusion has taken place with the believers and in the House of Prayer when the Spirit of the Lord comes “upon” a vessel, we assume that they are a Prophet, when in fact their vessel is just being used to allow the Spirit of the Lord God to rest upon them to speak His heart only for the moment at hand.
  13. 1 Corinthians 14:33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.
  14. There is no self-choosing of which gift you will operate and function in, but is given by God to every spirit man severally as He Wills.
  15. Gifts of the Spirit should not be coveted! Don’t be a Prophet today, then an Apostle tomorrow, or as some say “I’m operating as an Evangelist or Teacher or Pastor” right now.
  16. Prophesying is for the believer and tongues are for the unbeliever as a sign that God is among His people, as He reveals their heart to them.
  17. Old Testament prophets were used purely for the foretelling of the coming of the Kingdom of God; His proclamation of His Divine purpose of salvation and glory to be accomplished in the future through the coming Messiah.
  18. New Testament prophets are preachers preaching of the Divine counsels of grace that is already accomplished and of God’s purposes in the future foretold. In other words, Jesus is already here and has completed the work God had assigned to His hands.
  19. The Old Testament has been fulfilled and is used as a reference only to the New Testament’s furthering of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
  20. 1 Thessalonians 5:20-21 20 Despise not prophesying’s. 21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
  21. Prophecy is for the edifying of the Church and should not be controlled by protocol that is tradition and religions systems of beliefs that governs a form of godliness and denies the power of God, His Presence, and His manifestations of His Will for the Church.
  22. Testing the Spirits of Prophets, 1 John 4:1-3
  23. Through spiritual discernment we should try the spirits of the Prophets and the spirit of those that are Prophesying to ensure that they are not compromising the supremacy of the Word of God through this gift by trying to be superior to all and overall in authority, power, or status.

INTRODUCTION

Discern is to perceive or recognize (something.)

Perceive is to become aware or conscious of (something); come to realize or understand; to interpret or look on (someone or something) in a particular way.

Discerning of Spirits is a skill in judging.

What is a skill? A skill is the ability to do something well; expertise; a particular ability.

Hebrews 4:12, the power of the Word of God serves also as a “discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart”. A searcher that discerns your heart!

Hebrews 5:12-14, these verses of scripture speaks of Christian teachers being ignorant of the Word to teach it. This is spiritual immaturity!

Verse 14 speaks of the spiritually matured with spiritual discernment having the ability to have your “senses” exercised to discern both good and evil.

  • Discerning of Spirits
  1. Discerning of spirits is judging by evidence whether spirits are evil or of God; capable of discriminating between good and evil.
  2. Discerning of spirits is not a feeling!
  3. Discernment is a process and function of the Soul of the spirit man (that is male and female).
  4. It is not a fleshly function! The 5-senses of the flesh which are of the natural part of man are not equipped to determine good and evil. Galatians 5:19-21 says so! These are the works of the flesh!
  5. The ability to spiritually identify falseness, to distinguish between right and wrong motives and the spiritual forces, better known as principalities at work in situations, circumstances, and issues against the Will of God in your life in earth.
  6. This gift is inspired by the Holy Spirit to enable believers to clearly recognize and distinguish between the influence of God, the world, the flesh, and the devil (Satan).
  7. This gift is for the Church to be used by the body of unified believers to warn the Body in times of danger, false doctrine, false prophets, and false apostles, along with the evil imagination of the world, the flesh, and the devil.
  8. In other words, those that are perpetrators that say they are in the Body, as well as those that are trying to infiltrate the Body from the outside.
  9. Perpetrators are those who carry out harmful, illegal, or immoral acts. Wolves in sheep clothing!
  10. This gift along with Faith, Love, Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding are the least understood and in operation by the Christian believers in being exercised, followed, and in trusting the decisions and or conclusion of the Spirit in these gifts.
  11. This gift is also used to rightly divide the Word in Spirit and in Truth along with Wisdom.
  12. The Christian believers lack this gift terribly!
  13. 1 John 4:1-6
  14. St Matthew 16:21-23
  15. Acts 5:1-11; 16:16-18

  • Divers Kinds of Tongues
  • Divers kinds of tongues are not your prayer language, but can be used in intercessory prayer.
  • These tongues are languages never learned or spoken by the one speaking.
  1. Divers’ means in many ways.
  2. The ability to speak in another language unknown to the speaker, but not the hearer, in order for them to hear and know the heart of God toward them.
  3. Acts 2:4-13
  4. Whereas Divers Kinds of Tongues is speaking in another language such as French, Chinese, Spanish, languages that wasn’t learned to an individual who speaks that language (And they were all amazed and marveled, saying one to another, Behold, are not all these which speak Galileans? And how hear we every man in our own tongue {language} wherein we were born – Acts 2:7-8).
  5. The Spirit of God gives His expression of utterance through the Tongues that will need to be spoken to the believers as well as the unbelievers.
  6. Tongues are a sign for the unbelievers, not the believers.
  7. Whereas prophesying serves not for the unbeliever, but to them that believe.
  8. This is the purpose of the tongues. 1Corinthians 14:22; St Mark 16:17
  9. Tongues are to be used to speak to God to edify oneself, 1 Corinthians 14:4.
  10. Tongues are evident that bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God Romans 8:16
  11. Tongues are used as the Spirit of God witness in agreement to His Word in you, as you witness the Word, teach the Word, minister the Word, and pray, praise, worship, etc.
  12. To avoid confusion in the House of Prayer, if speaking in unknown tongues, let it be done by two, or at the most by three and let one interpret. 1 Corinthians14:27
  13. This gift is used to intercede in prayer, war in prayer, speak, witness, or minister to an individual that speaks another language. The Holy Spirit in you will speak to a person in their language.
  14. Even in persecution the Holy Spirit promises to express, inspire what you shall speak, St Matthew 10:19-20. 19 But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak. 20 For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you.

  • Interpretation of Tongues
  1. Interpretation of tongues is given so that the Church can understand and receive the message from the Spirit of God in clarity.
  2. 1 Corinthians 14:26
  3. Interpretation is to explain, expound, to loose, and to solve a spiritual message that is not understandable in the natural.
  4. To utter the expressed inspiration of the Words of God through the gift of tongues with and through a believer that can explain and loose the utterance of the Spirit of God to the Church.
  5. This gift is given to one to interpret what the Holy Spirit is saying to the Church.
  6. 1 Corinthians 14:28 But if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence in the church; and let him speak to himself, and to God.

It is impossible to just teach seriously about spiritual gifts without referring to 1 Corinthians 14:34-35, where there is debate back and forth about the gender of a woman have authority in the House of God.

34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law.

35 And if they will learn anything, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

  • The Church is spiritual.
  • The Church is the Body of Christ made up of a body of “unified believers”.
  • We are the Church made up of the “spirit man” who is in male and female or man and woman.
  • The women termed here are married women.
  • Who else will speak if the spirit man housed in the gender female woman does not speak?
  • Will the Spirit of God keep silent because the spirit man housed in the gender male man does not or won’t speak for the Spirit of God?
  • Does the Spirit of God keep silent because the gender male man won’t consecrate himself to sanctify for His use?

Galatians 3:26-29

26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.

27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

29 And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.

  • There is no spiritual impartiality in the Spirit of God between the gender man and woman.
  • Impartiality means equal treatment of all rivals or disputants; fairness.
  • Acts 10:34-35 34 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: 35 But in every nation he that feareth him and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.
  • The spirit of man is the same spirit in the male and female gender.
  • Genesis 1:27 So God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He Him: male and female created He them.
  • Partiality is forbidden. Partiality is unfair bias in favor of one thing or person compared with another; favoritism.
  • Woman is the reflection of man
  • The woman should not speak or teach in any way that will violate her gender role.

1 Timothy 2:8-15

8 I will therefore that men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.

9 In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or god, or pearls, or costly array.

10 But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works.

11 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.

12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.

13 For Adam was first formed, then Eve.

14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.

15 Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.

  • The spirit of man in woman, female gender may pray, prophesy, teach, preach, speak, be in leadership under the authority of the Holy Spirit as long as she does it descent and in order according to the Holy Spirit dwelling in her.
  • It is difficult for the woman, married or single to keep silent in the House of Prayer’s meetings, because Paul really commended women speaking in the House of Prayer (the Church).
  • Today, all church members should exercise self-control not only in the context of the tongues and prophecy.
  • In Corinth there were married women causing “disturbance” at church meetings. Paul wanted silence on the part of the married women, whose husbands were present in the assembly.
  • This silence would express their subordinate relations to their husband. Wives submit yourselves to your own husbands, as unto the Lord. Ephesians 5:22
  • Paul did permit the participation of other women when adorned properly, 1 Corinthians 11:2-16.
  • During these times the Corinthian married women were uneducated and had nothing of value to say. They were not to interrupt the proceedings by asking questions. Asking questions should be done only at home to their husbands.
  • The fact that married women then being uneducated was a cultural reality in the first century. This type of condition no longer exists!
  • Women did in the early church (the House of Prayer) did speak, pray in tongues, and prophesy.
  • The issue of self-control applies equally to men and women and appears more related to the excesses of speaking in tongues and prophecy than in anything in 1 Corinthians 14.

These women demonstrated the vitality of women’s witness in early Christianity:

  1. Priscilla, the most notable as a missionary and church leader. She and her husband, Aquila were tent makers like Paul. * They overseer the church that met in their house. *They provided support for Paul and his mission in several cities in the form of patronage, teaching and preaching. *They had significant influence in/to the gospel of Apollos. 1 Corinthians 16:19; 2 Timothy 4:19; Acts 18:26.
  2. Chloe, associated with Paul and Corinth. *Paul held her in high esteem for her leadership abilities and faithfulness. *She was a woman of status. *She was the head of her household, possibly a widow. *She was well-to-do. *She had the means and desire to sponsor emissaries to Paul. 1 Corinthians 1:11-12.
  3. Phoebe, a deacon, a church leader at Cenchreae, one of Corinth’s harbors. *In Paul’s letter in Romans 16:1-2 Paul commends her and welcome her in the Lord as is “fitting for the saints”, and ask to help her in whatever she may require from them, for she had been a benefactor to many as well as to him. *Phoebe’s roles were highly significant. *Her responsibilities as a deacon would have been the same as that of a male deacon. *In the early church a deacon had specific roles as a leader and official; female deacons did not just minister to women or the sick. *As a benefactor or patron, Phoebe had great influence on the early church in the Corinthians region. *She used her influence from her wealth and social standing to resolve any difficulties that might arise for the congregation.

A woman’s weakness is her ability to be deceived! This is why a woman will never have the authority over a man because of the deception.

INTRODUCTION

The diversity of the Spiritual gifts is called to service the Body of Christ by the same Spirit, which is the Holy Spirit.

The diversity of these Spiritual gifts known to us as the 5-fold ministry called to be a gift to serve the Body of Christ to bring the whole body into spiritual maturity.

The diversity of these Spiritual gifts called to service the Body of Christ by the same Spirit, called with and in the likeness of Christ Jesus to operate and function in the assigned ministry that is governed by the Holy Spirit: to edify, to comfort, and to encourage the Body of unified believers, as well as those to come; with an the effect upon unbelievers to show that the secrets of a man’s heart is known to God, to convict sin, and to constrain to worship.

The diversity of these Spiritual gifts to the Body of Christ is to equip the saints to come into the unity of one faith and knowledge of the Son of God, as the perfect man Christ Jesus which dwells in Him the fullness of the Godhead bodily.

The Godhead is the divine nature of God. The fullness of God: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. It is God!

Colossians 2:9-10 For in Him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily. 10 And ye are complete in Him, which is the head of all principality and power.

Ephesians 4:11-16 describes the House or the Body, if you will in its perfection with Christ as the Head.

Ephesians 4:11-13 11 And he gave to some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some pastors and teachers;

12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ:

  • The gifts of the spirit were given in diversity (variety; a range of different things).
  • The diversity of spiritual gifts were given to the Body to be a blessing in demonstrating, displaying, and portraying Ephesians 4:12-13.
  • This is our job to further the completed work of Christ Jesus in building the Church in the earth, and allow it to be controlled and governed by and from the Spirit of God’s Kingdom.

Apostles (Governor)

  • The Spirit of the LORD gave us Apostles, called, chosen, and appointed by Himself to be special messengers. St Mark 1:17; 2:14
  • Apostolos is literally means “one sent”. It is a military term “apostalate”.
  • Apostles execute the position “of who sent him/her”. If you ask them what is their message they should have a message as a sent one.
  • They lead by Christ’s example. 1 Thessalonians 1:5-7; 2 Thessalonians 3:6-9
  • Every Apostles message is crafted for certain demographic areas, which are a particular sector of a population. And every Apostle has a message for and to that demographic area.
  • Apostles have a demographic message that is to pioneer new Houses of God and ministries through discipleship, planting, overseeing, teaching, and training, etc.
  • An Apostle’s life is the embodiment of their demographic message. Embodiment is the representation or expression of something in a tangible or visible form.
  • The Apostle’s life must be the visible message of the Word of God and its mission of assignment assigned by the Spirit of God for the providential (involving divine foresight or intervention) region or territory assigned.
  • Apostles are “gifted and graced” to speak a word, a message in a certain area or generation, and they execute that position.
  • They please God, not men. 1 Thessalonians 2:4; Galatians 1:10
  • Their fruit manifest the living God. 2 Corinthians 3:1-3
  • Apostles are taught by the Spirit of God. Galatians 1:11-12
  • Apostles only execute what they were sent to do because they are always on a mission.
  • Apostles are mission minded. Apostles are soldiers.
  • They minister in the power of God, not the wisdom of men. 1 Thessalonians 1:5; St Mark 16:20; 1 Corinthians 2:1-5; 1 Corinthians 4:20
  • Apostles will come with a word of rebuke!
  • They don’t “flatter” men! 1 Thessalonians 2:5; 2 Corinthians 2:17
  • Apostles have resurrection power.
  • They exhort, comfort, and chasten as necessary. 1 Thessalonians 2:11; Hebrews 12:5-8; 1 Corinthians 5:1-5
  • Their joy is seeing the Will of God being done in the earth; soul’s won; and the Church in the earth spiritually growing and glorifying the Lord your God. 1 Thessalonians 2:19-20; 2 Corinthians 1:14; Philippians 4:1
  • Apostles have to love unconditionally, even when you’re hurt. You must be able to separate your emotions from the Spirit.
  • They are gentle with the Saints. 1 Thessalonians 2:7
  • Apostles must be able to say who they are. Apostles must be able to change the atmosphere.
  • An Apostles work will speak for them. They are identified by their spiritual authority. 2 Corinthians 12:12
  • They are often self-supporting, in other words a lack of funding from others does not deter them from their mission. 1 Thessalonians 2:9; 2 Thessalonians 3:8-10; Acts 20:33-34; 2 Corinthians 12:17-18
  • Miracles walk with Apostles!
  • They endure the hardship and persecution for the Church sake. 1 Corinthians 4:11-13
  • Know what type of Apostle you are called and chosen to be.
  • As an Apostle for Personal Touch Int’l Ministry we are called and chosen to teach, preach, and minister the Gospel of Jesus Christ, as we continue the ministry of Christ Jesus. We are to teach and disciple, not member but disciple God’s people as He adds them to the Body, the Kingdom of God and His citizenship; Kingdom living from within the Soul and Spirit; teach relationship with God as we escort disciples into the Presence of God. We are an escort service! That will take the precautionary measures of the Spirit of God in the earth realm as He continues to establish the Church.
  • The role and function of the Apostle as a sent one, is sent to “govern” by conducting the policy, actions, and affairs of the Spirit of God through the Spirit of the Word of God in the earth realm for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, and for the edifying of the Body of Christ, which is the Church.

INTRODUCTION

As with all gifts of the Holy Spirit and the diversity of spiritual gifts given to the Church for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, we must know how to function and operate according to the Will of God in Christ Jesus in order to serve as a gift to be a gift.

We lack the fullness of the gifts of the Holy Spirit along with being the diverse of a spiritual gift called, appointed, and anointed by the Spirit of God Himself because of our inability to wait on the call of God with His training and teaching to do according to His Will.

Instead we go off of a form of godliness which is based from “tradition and religion” way of doing the so-called Will of God.

It is because we are creatures of habit and we truly believe that what we see one do we can do also.

Well in this case of spirituality this is where the “rubber meets the road” and you will not be able to function and operate as you see one another do without the forwarding of the Spirit of God to guide, lead, and instruct you in His Way.

The Lord said that “people walk in the fear of what they know” making it hard for them to function and operate according to the Will of God, because they desire the need for the approval of one another instead of trusting in the Spirit of God.

Therefore they will try to “seduce” the Word of God to meet their style of believing through a form of godliness with a familiar spirit.

Seduce means disloyalty; tempt; to lead astray; entice

Prophets (Guide)

  • The Spirit of the LORD gave us Prophets inspired preachers and expounders (to explain or set forth in detail) of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Acts 13:1-5
  • Inspired means (of air or another substance) that is breathed in.
  • Prophets that God has raised up He has “breathed in” His Words!
  • Prophets are “raised up by the Spirit of God from among our brethren like unto them”. Not strangers or foreigners! God will put His words in their mouth and they shall speak to them what God has commanded. Deuteronomy 18:17-18.
  • The Lord will rise up a Prophet like unto Himself. Deuteronomy 18:15-22.
  • The word of the Prophet will come to pass when the Soul and Spirit of the believer hearken (hear, listen) to the Words of God spoken to them.
  • As a Prophet, God will make Himself known to him/her in a vision, and will speak to him/her in a dream. Numbers 12:5-9.
  • Nowadays Prophets have too much to say about nothing, that is natural or physical things or stuff more so than what God desires for the Body of Christ.
  • Today believers consider Moses as a Prophet but God said he was not!
  • One must know that God has inspired them to be raised up as a Prophet like Himself.
  • Prophets don’t guess and hope it right!
  • Prophets don’t get a feeling and run with that this hour, then the next hour or two they have no knowledge of what you’re referring to from what they have said.
  • Feelings are chemical reactions that change in us from one minute to another.
  • Feelings are of the 5-sense knowledge in the flesh realm.
  • Emotions stem from the soulish realm controlled by the levels of different chemicals.
  • Prophesying, preaching, teaching, or ministering from feelings and not from the foundation of the Spirit of God’s Heart for His people is illegal!
  • 2 Chronicles 20:20-22 this scripture will also help the “black man” to know that the battle belongs to the Lord and not to the race.
  • Prophets today should foretell in prophesy the Divine counsels (that is God’s advice), and future oracles (God’s response or message through all the written utterances through the Old Testament; the substance of Christian doctrine; the utterance of God through Christian teachers) of God to the Body.
  • Now, does God have anything against houses, land, cars, money, etc.? No, but His Word clearly states and tells us “BUT seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you”. St Matthew 6:33
  • Prophets of the Old Testament were the ones that the Spirit of God rested “upon” them to speak of the coming Messiah, God’s purpose and plan for Him and in Him.
  • Numbers 11:16-29; 12:2; Amos 3:7-8.
  • The New Testament Prophet is a foreteller, one whose gift enables him/her to speak edification, exhortation, and comfort to the Body.
  • Prophets gathered together should speak two or three, and let the other judge and if anything be revealed to another that is sitting nearby let the first hold his peace (keep silent). 1 Corinthians 14:29-30.
  • Prophets should prophesy one by one, that all may learn and be comforted. (verse 31).
  • Prophets that speak “presumptuously” and it does not come to pass are false prophets.
  • Explain “come to pass”! Meaning “what is happening or spoken is the result of a course of events” to come about, occur, or be fulfilled.
  • Presumptuous means a person and/or their behavior failing to observe the limits of what is permitted or appropriate for them to speak.
  • Prophets we cannot MAKE God do anything! STOP trying to do so!
  • The role and function of a Prophet as a “guide” is “for the edifying of the Body of Christ” through the Words that have been inspired by the breathe of God to be set forth in detail to the people of God from God’s Heart desired in the earth realm.
  • False prophets are pseudo prophets destined to arise as the supporters of the beast at the close of this age.
  • False prophets that speak a Word not in the name of the Lord or speak in the name of another god shall die. Deuteronomy 18:20.
  • False prophets are unfaithful ministers, false teachers; false shepherds that lead God’s flock astray, scatter them, and prey upon them instead of feeding them. Isaiah 56:10; St Matthew 5:19; Jeremiah 23:2; 50:6; Ezekiel 34:2
  • Are Prophets popular today as they were in the Old Testament? If so, what is their message from God for the Body (that is, the Church)?
  • Are there any genuine Prophets saying what God has really said?

Evangelists (Gatherer)

  • The Spirit of the LORD gave us Evangelists, preachers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ; traveling missionaries. 2 Timothy 4:5; 1 Corinthians 9:25
  • Evangelist, a messenger of the good news that denotes a preacher of the Gospel. Acts 21:8
  • Evangelist should make full proof of their ministry for this is “a call to work”.
  • Full proof means complete, absolute, and total evidence of truth in this ministry. 2 Timothy 4:5 But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.
  • This ministry requires works that will prove this calling!
  • Evangelist, evangelize through the preaching of the Gospel that will lead souls to the conversion of the Gospel, Acts 8:5-6, 26-40
  • Evangelist must be wise to become soul-winners!
  • The work of the Evangelist requires special grace and will involve suffering and sacrifice.
  • This call to evangelize can never be for a person that is selfish and prideful.
  • Evangelist pleads the Blood of Jesus, the atonement for the salvation for the spirit and soul of man from their sins.
  • Plead means to make an earnest appeal; supplicate; beg; to declare oneself to be (guilty or not guilty) in answer to a change.
  • Atone means to make amends or reparation; reconcile; to be in agreement.
  • The ministry of the Evangelist is to comb the multitudes, harvesting their souls and healing their bodies through the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
  • The office of the Evangelist is needed in the body of every House of Prayer to prove Ephesians 4:12, for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, and for the edifying of the Body of Christ.
  • The role and function of an Evangelist as a gatherer is “the work of the ministry”.
  • Their purpose is to sow seed as in the parable of the sower, St Matthew 13:4-23. This is the part which falls on the good ground that will be harvested in the soul of man in verse 23.
  • This Evangelistic ministry requires the 9 spiritual after the anointing has been received.
  • The anointing must be upon every position called into or else the Will of God in Spirit and in Truth will not be performed properly.
  • The anointing makes it possible for the Holy Spirit and the Spirit of Truth to dwell and inhabit your vessel to allow the scriptures to be inspired of God, and profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instructions in righteousness, and to make the spirit of man perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. 2 Timothy 3:16-17.
  • 1 John 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.
  • The anointing comes with the Holy Spirit and His ministries, and they are inseparable.
  • The anointing symbolizes the qualifications divinely imparted in the consecration of persons for the discharge of their office called into.

Pastors (Guard)

  • The Spirit of the LORD gave us Pastors, shepherds of His flock.
  • Pastors tend, and guide, as well as feed the flock of God.
  • Pastors feed the flock the spiritual food from the heart of God, Jeremiah 3:15 And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.
  • Jeremiah 23:4 And I will set up shepherds over them which shall feed them: and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, saith the Lord.
  • This is the soul of man’s spiritual food.
  • Pastors are to exercise “oversight”, not lording over the flock of God. This involves tender care and vigilant superintendence.
  • Oversight is an unintentional failure to notice or to do something; the action of overseeing something.
  • Pastors are given by the Spirit of God with the Heart of God. A servant’s heart!
  • Pastors are as overseers to feed the Church of God which He purchased with His own Blood, Acts 20:28
  • 1 Peter 5:2-6 Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind;
  • The role and function of the Pastor is to “guard” meaning to watch over in order to protect or control for the perfecting of the saints for the Shepherd, as a good under shepherd.

Teachers (Groomer)

  • The Spirit of the LORD gave us
  • Teachers are spiritual instructors, Ezra 7:10
  • Teachers must seek the laws of the Lord God, to do them, and to teach them.
  • Teachers cannot teach what they don’t do.
  • Teachers cannot teach what they don’t believe in what they can do.
  • Teachers must have the power in ability to stand in the Word to be an example of the Word they teach.
  • Teachers cannot possess a spirit of fear that will compromise the Namesake of Christ Jesus.
  • The Spirit of the Teacher in their role and function must be to “equip the Body of Christ” by grooming, preparing, and training for a particular purpose in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
  • Teachers must be anointed to teach the oracles of God.
  • The Teachers purpose is for the Soul of all mankind to be converted and return home to the Father.

SUMMARY

  • The “G” Factor:

Apostle                        Governor

Prophet                        Guide

Evangelist                   Gatherer

Pastor                          Guard

Teacher                        Groomer

The Apostle has the governing authority over the Church and its establishment, not the Bishop.

The Apostle as the governor has the authority to conduct the policy, plans, actions, and affairs of the Church, as the Spirit of Christ has appointed.

The Church is built upon the Apostles and the Prophets with Christ Jesus being the corner stone.

Ephesians 2:18-22

18 For through Him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.

19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God;

20 And are built upon the foundation of the Apostles and Prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief corner stone;

21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:

22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.

The Church is Spiritual! It is God’s habitation in Spirit and in Truth.

The Church is the Spiritual Temple of the Spirit of God.

The Church is the spiritual unity in Christ.

The Prophet is a guide, a seer to the Church.

The Prophet is to be in direct contact with the Spirit of God to be a mouthpiece for God, serving as an intermediary between God and man to deliver messages or teachings from the Spirit of God.

The Prophet is a mediator; a person who acts as a link between God and man to bring about an agreement or reconciliation.

Psalm 105:15 Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.

Amos 3:7 Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but He revealeth His secret unto His servants the prophets

The Spirit of the Prophet must be Christ Jesus, as well as all other diverse gifts.

St Matthew 13:57-58 And they were offended in Him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, save in his own country, and in his own house. 58 And He did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief.

The Evangelist, as a gatherer as previously said is needful in every House of Prayer.

The Evangelist gathers as they bring the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

The Evangelist must be anointed by the Spirit of God to comb this world for the Souls of God.

The Evangelist is a worker for the furtherance of the Gospel.

If truly anointed by God, the Evangelist walks in the prophetic, as well as the other gifts of the Holy Spirit in order to get the work assigned to them by the Spirit of God complete.

The Pastor and the Teacher are the Guard and the Groomer for the soul of man.

The Teacher grooms the souls, bringing them into the guardian ship of the Pastor.

The Pastor must serves as the guard over God’s flock.

The Pastor can be prophetic and or a prophet.

God’s gift given to all mankind is His expression of honor; His respect and esteem shown upon the creation man.

In other words, in spite of it all, “God is still saying to all mankind I did not forget you”.

We should know now that the gift of the Holy Spirit comes with all the equipment of what God has prepared for mankind in the earth to bring him back into relationship with Him.

God has taken His ability and His right to do as God and given it to all mankind as a gift to be able to reconcile himself back to Him.

God has made it “easy” for all mankind to come back home to Him.

The Word of God tells us that we have not because we ask not.

James 4:2-4

2 Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.

3 Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.

4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? Whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.

God first demonstrated His gift of love to all mankind by sending His Son Jesus to show us how to repent and come back home to Him. Jesus demonstrated and gave many examples of having a “desire” to love God with all our heart, soul, spirit, mind, and strength.

Amiss by definition means not quite right; inappropriate or out of place.

  • All the diversity of spiritual gifts should be Sons of God that exemplify the spiritual maturity of Christ’s perfection through the conversion of their soul being transformed by the Word of God.
  • All the diversity of spiritual gifts should possess the leadership ability and strength of the Spirit of Christ Jesus through the influence and directions from the Word of God, operating through the gifts of the Spirit that will cause them to focus on the vision and ideas of the Spirit of God in the earth realm.
  • All the diversity of spiritual gifts must know how to operate in their gifts as a gift!
  • The anointing through the Holy Spirit MUST BE upon and in each spirit of male man or female man in order to do the work and the Will of God in Christ Jesus.
  • The gifts of the Holy Spirit, as well as the production of the fruit of the Spirit must be anointed.
  • If there is no anointing, then a person will operate and function from their “feelings” in hopes that God will agree.
  • The anointing expresses the sanctifying influences of the Holy Spirit over and within the person in Christ.
  • Christ means “The Anointed One”. He is the one that anoints.
  • When the anointing comes upon you it begins the “acceptable time of the year of the Lord”. The day when salvation and the free favors of God profusely abound. Amplified KJV St Luke 4:19
  • St Luke 4:18-21
  • 18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because He hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; He hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised.
  • 19 To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.
  • 20 And He closed the book, and He gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him.
  • 21 And He began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.
  • Without the anointing to do the job it will be impossible to carry out the total task or assignment that God has called you to do.
  • The anointing is what will render you as being Holy. The anointing will separate you from all others to be in intimacy with God; and for you to become the priest of God in your assignment.
  • 2 Corinthians 1:21 Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God; 22 Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.
  • 1 John 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

Why did the Spirit of the Lord God give us these spiritual gifts?

  • Ephesians 4:12-13 12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: 13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ:
  • His intention is to use these spiritual gifts to perfect and fully equip the Saints (His consecrated people), that they should know to do the work of ministering the Gospel of Jesus Christ toward the building of Christ’s Body (the Church).
  • Until we all attain oneness in the faith and in the comprehension of the full and accurate knowledge of the Son of God that we might arrive at the mature manhood of the complete personality which is the standard height of Christ’s own perfection, the measure of the full stature of Christ and His completeness in us.
  • When we don’t grow, then we are spiritually immature. Spiritual immaturity is due to our inability to be unified in Christ as believers being converted to become Christ like in perfection, and in the fullness of the knowledge of Him in our souls.

To operate in your gift as a gift

  • How does one come to know so much about God’s movements? His Presence? His Devotion? His Desires? His Pleasures?
  • One must be in an intimate relationship with God’s Spirit.
  • One must be married to the Spirit of God.
  • One must be in relationship with Him and “in love” with Him to experience His love for the spirit man.
  • To be in love is to experience the love that you have vowed to love.
  • Flesh doesn’t know how to do this! It’s version of love is lust, because it “feels” love.
  • Love is not a feeling! Love is a “force decision generated by the Will” from the soul, not the 5-sense knowledge of the flesh.

Operation of the gifts – The marks of love – Love’s preeminence

  • The gifts of the Spirit and the gifts to the Body (the Church) only operate in love and by faith.
  • If you have never experienced love without a feeling then you won’t understand how to operate and function spiritually in your gift, to be a gift.
  • You must be a gift in order to operate and function as a gift!
  • There must be a level of intimacy in a relationship
  • The reason why the gifts to the Church are not operating and functioning in the earth realm as they should be is because of greed, jealously, covet, competition, along with all the other works of the flesh operating in the spirit man. In all of this there is no intimacy and no love!
  • How can you function without a Spirit of Intimacy?
  • Intimacy is close or confidential friendship; an intimate act
  • How can you love without a spirit of intimacy?
  • Genuine love and unconditional love that is the Body of Christ.
  • This is why the Bible uses marriage between a man and woman as being the visible representation of the invisible marriage between Christ and His Bride (The Church).

CLOSING

The way men and women portray and go through marriages in the earth realm is a poor, poor depiction of a spiritual process that would represent Christ and His Bride, the Church.

Men and women’s portrait of marriage is founded upon money, sex, ability to make one another look good in the flesh for the eyes of man, and so-called knowledge and ability to get ahead; just to be able to say, Look what I got!

The invisible marriage is solely about love and knowing how to stay in love and devoted one in love.

The Lord has demonstrated true love through His Son Jesus Christ, with an everlasting love. This is a love that we should vow in matrimony as being “until deaths do us apart”. This is our everlasting!

Visible relationships in marriages are not closely related and in confidential friendship because nine times out of ten the way you began that relations was through sins of the flesh, i.e. adultery, fornication, lying, deception, etc.

And this is that relationship in marriage that is founded upon sin and it won’t last, except death due it apart.

The flesh understands intimacy, close friendship, or romance is carnal, lustful, and sensual, which involves the gratification of the senses and physical pleasures.

The gifts of the Spirit and the spiritual Church must operate in a pure spirit with no hidden, premeditated motives or agendas. And God knows the heart so you’ll never be all that He has called you to be except you do it all His Way.

Intimacy

To be intimate is to be in close connection through the innermost part of your being, which is soul and spirit, not through the penis and vagina.

To be intimate is in the innermost; indwelling.

Intimate proceeds from within. It is an inward relation.

Intimacy is what the Holy Spirit does when He consummate His Spirit in your spirit. This begins an intimate relationship – a vow has been made – a consummation of marriage has taken place in the Spirit and the romance begins.

The depth of your indwelling of the Holy Spirit determines your level of intimacy with the Spirit of God.

The depth of His indwelling comes to love you intimately, that is the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.

Indwell means to inhabit; to abide in, within.

The depth of your submission will determine your indwelling.

Indwelling of the Holy Spirit is the way the Holy Spirit takes His possession. He must possess you to live in you as His Temple. His consummation of your spirit claims your spirit as being His.

Your submission determines the depths of your indwelling of the Holy Spirit. This is to say whether He is guiding and leading you in all your being, not just your part of surrender.

The depths of your indwelling will determine your ability, the power to do. In other words, the depths of levels of your love will determine the force of the power and authority that is demonstrated and portrayed in you.

Your ability to submit, to obey, to humble yourself, to stand to let the Lord fight, to surrender all to Him is all demonstrated in the depths of your indwelling.

So the Holy Spirit must “indwell in depth” in your spirit to control your soul and spirit from within.

It is safe to say that the deeper He abides in you the closer you are to Him.

It is also safe to say that the gifts of the Holy Spirit and you being a gift only can operate and function from the level of intimacy penetrated in your spirit.

This concludes our teachings on Spiritual gifts and what really works spiritual gifts?

Amen

The Ultimate Gift Bearer

The Ultimate Gift Bearer

When we come back to Our Father through His Son Jesus, God presents us with gifts. He nurtures us and grows us up into the knowledge of Him that we may be able to acknowledge Him in all our ways as He bears gifts to us.

In the natural God is symbolic to the father and mother being the provider, the protector, the one that brings home the “bacon” as they say, and He does it with a gift or gifts.

Some of us have accepted the ways of the Lord God as a Father, as a Son that is allowing His Holy Spirit to possess, reign, and rule our mind, spirit, soul, and body in the earth.

Some of us have accepted the ways of the Lord God with struggle, much struggle, and unwillingness to see or do things His way. That is that prodigal son!

Some of us have not truly accepted the ways of the Lord God but have adopted a “form of godliness” with a “familiar spirit” of acting out what we believe God will accept from us.

And this will go on and on and on! How we accept the Lord God and His prescribed way of acceptance? This is where human weakness says, “God knows my heart!” Or we all have sinned and come short of His glory. Or I’m just human! Just full of excuses!

Let’s get back to our thought today on the Ultimate Gift Bearer.

God is not just a God. He is not just the CREATOR. He is not just your God. He is the Great I AM!

God is SUPREME! Not just a supreme being, He is SUPREME!

He requires Glory and Honor! He is to be Respected as being God, not just for His Creations and His Acts, but just because He is God.

Psalm 96:4 For the Lord is great, and greatly to be praised; He is to be feared above all gods.

God’s whole plan to mankind is to give. God is a giver without recompense of payment.

  • Ultimate means being or happening at the end process; final.

This definition cuts Him short as to who He really is! Not only is He the final of an end product, He is the Alpha and Omega! He is the beginning and the end of you and me and all creation.

Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

2 And the earth was without form, and void, and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

Look at God in His creative ability functioning by faith!

Listen to the Omnipotence of God! All power! Infinite power! Limitless power!

He is Omniscient power, knowing all, seeing all, and all-wise knowing God.

Romans 13:1-2 1 Let ever soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.

  • Gift is a thing given willingly to someone without payment.

St John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Romans 11:29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.

His gifts and calling are immutable. In other words, God’s gifts and calling are unchangeable. He won’t take them back!

  • Bearer is a person or thing that carries or holds something.

The Spirit of God is the bearer and the keeper of all mankind, the earth, the world, etc.

Psalm 24 validates this fact! It speaks of God’s Divine Ownership, His Creations, His Requirements, His Sovereignty, etc.

1 The earth is the Lord’s, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.

  • Blessing is God’s favor and protection.

Proverbs 10:22 The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and He addeth no sorrow with it.

Even death of the righteous is a blessing to and from the Blessor! Psalm 116:15 Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints.

When we think of gifts we automatically think of the spiritual gifts of the Holy Spirit or the diversity of gifts that God has given to the Church (the 5-fold ministries).

We failed to see and consider the gift of life (the breath that lies in you); the gift of repentance (having a sincere regret or remorse and making a complete turn back to Him); the gift of forgiveness; the gift of reconciliation; the gift of recompense (that is His compensation for your lost, sacrifices, and sufferings from our Will of choice without Him) from God Himself; the gift of Salvation; the gift of His Holy Spirit, its gifts incorporated with their functions and operations in our being; the gift of eternal life with Him.

God has lavishly gifted His creation man with gifts from his very beginning. Lavish means sumptuously rich, elaborate, or luxurious; bestowed something in generous or extravagant quantities on.

Mankind is not without in Christ, just on his own free Will!

No matter what God has always brought gifts to give to the spirit man because He is the gift bearer. Even the angels had to take a look and ask God, what is man that thou art so mindful of him?

Psalm 8:3-6 3 When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon, and the stars, which thou hast ordained;

4 What is man, that thou art mindful of him? And the son of man, that thou visitest him?

5 For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.

6 Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:

God has given all to man, what more can He do? What more can God do for you today to cause you to see that He is the ultimate gift bearer to you in all you will ever have need of?

Divine Paternal and Maternal Love

Divine Paternal and Maternal Love

This is your Mother’s and Father’s Day Message

Apostle Tracey Robinson, All Rights Reserved

Isaiah 49:14-16

14 But Zion said, The Lord hath forsaken me, and my Lord hath forgotten me.

15 Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee.

16 Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me.

  • Zion then was Jerusalem and her people seen in captivity.
  • Zion today is representing the Church.
  • A woman who is nursing at her breast. Can she feel no love for the child that she has given birth to?
  • Many people today because of their lost in faith toward God and His Will for them they are wandering in a state of hopelessness.
  • Many believers are wandering around in a state of wondering if God really love them to understand their way and how they want to do things; or if He really cares.
  • The Lord answered Zion with a proverbial question that He in turn answers by saying, she may forget, but I will never forget.
  • God has engraved us, impressed us, mark or stamped us in the palms of His hands

Hebrews 13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

  • As a mother God’s Divine constancy is His quality of being faithful and dependable.
  • As a mother God remembers! He never forgets!
  • As a Father God is our Divine protector, Divine provider, Divine nourisher, and Divine paternal love for His.
  • As a Father He is the originator of family animated by the same spirit as Himself.
  • As a mother God’s maternal love for His children is experienced just the same as the love a mother has during her pregnancy and instantly after childbirth.
  • Christ Jesus cared for His mother as the foreordained plan of God is fulfilled.

St John 19:25 Now there stood by the cross of Jesus his mother, and his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Cleophas, and Mary Magdalene.

Jesus’ mother loved Him to His death.

  • God wants us to know today that His love for us is both maternal and paternal.
  • His love for us experiences a part of Him that is likening to being and how to be a Father and a Mother.
  • His love for us is the ultimate demonstrator of a parent: father and mother.
  • Jesus’s spiritual relationship through faith with the Father as a Son exemplified paternal and maternal love for all mankind.
  • Jesus introduced all mankind to the caring and loving parts of God that are feminine as a mother; and the strong part of God that is masculine.
  • Paternal is of or appropriate to a father.
  • Maternal is relating to a mother during pregnancy and or shortly after childbirth.
  • The Bible gives us many examples of a mothers love i.e., Hagars love for her child, Genesis 21:16; The mother of Moses, Exodus 2:3; the mother of Samuel, 1 Samuel 2:19; the Shunammite mother, 2 Kings 4:20.
  • The Bible gives many examples of a fathers love i.e., Laban, Jacob, Jarius, David, the Prodigal Son.

Genesis 1:26-27; 2:7

26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him: male and female created he them.

2.7 And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

  • So the makeup of the spirit man is created in the spiritual image and after the likeness of God is the masculine part of God.
  • The makeup of the female made is of the spirit man and is God’s feminine part.
  • In the spirit man is the very essence of God, His knowledge of knowing how to be a man and a woman that reflects the Spirit of God.
  • God created in us the ability to function just like He Himself by faith as a man and woman. It’s built in us!
  • God really didn’t leave us without His ability to function by faith and to live according to His Will within us, even though we have His Will, we have the freedom to make the daily choices to do things our way and not God’s way.
  • God is the pattern of the spirit man! He is the ultimate demonstrator for Himself in the spirit man and throughout all His creation.
  • If we have returned and accepted the Way of the Lord God through His plan for salvation, which is Jesus Christ then we will get back as a new creature born again in His Image, after their likeness?
  • We then will know, recognize, and accept His Divine maternal and paternal love for ourselves.
  • Returning back to our original state is God’s purpose for Salvation and to be able to experience the power of Salvation’s benefits as a Son returned home.

Job 32:8 But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding.

  • Our image and likeness of God is incorporated in the soul and spirit of man. This only comes from God!
  • Man is teaching man the ways of man without God: His Creator and His Inspiration, making your pattern of God of no effect.
  • Man’s pattern without God only consists of the natural man, its 5-sense knowledge, and common sense.
  • This is why so much is “screwed” up even today with the Soul of man because he has the wrong teacher.

1 Corinthians 2:11-16

11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? Even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.

12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.

13 Which things we also speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

  • God sent His Son Jesus to “implicate” the pattern of God in the spirit and soul of mankind.
  • Jesus conveyed to all mankind, that is male and female the Word of God, God’s purpose and plan, the Word’s requirement, and God’s intentions in the Word toward the Soul of man (male and female).
  • Implicate means to convey (a meaning or intention) indirectly through what one says rather than stating it explicitly; imply. Explicit means stated clearly and in detail leaving no room for confusion or doubt.

  • This is why Jesus had to come in the flesh to show all mankind (male and female) how sin in the flesh through Him is already condemned, officially declared unfit for use in serving God in Spirit and in Truth. His death sentenced flesh to the punishment of death.
  • Your flesh is alive because you permit it to be alive and dictating to you your way!
  • Jesus’ pattern of God says to mankind, no matter which way you choose you must reflect and create the love, concerns, and the provisions of God, Our Father.
  • God created Himself in the form of the spirit man with a body. He then formed the man and made the woman, giving both dominions over the earth. And God did not give man the authority to dominate over His spirit in man.

God is keeping His Word, yet I will not forget thee!

What manner of love is this? This is true love!

Amen

The Word Will Speak

The Word Will Speak

The Word of God is Prophecy

Apostle Tracey Robinson

  • God is sovereign! He can do whatever He wants to.
  • Our prayers should not and does not affect God. In other words, they don’t move God nor provoke God to do other than the Will of His Word states.
  • Sovereign by definition means possessing supreme or ultimate power; a supreme ruler. This is God!! Psalm 24:1-5 says 1 The earth is the Lord’s, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
  • God is as sovereign as His Word.
  • God is sovereign until He speaks!
  • Whenever God speaks His Word becomes LAW, a law that He will not violate. His spoken Word establishes a law.
  • Psalm 19:7 The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple.
  • Psalm 119:142 Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law is the truth.
  • God chooses to limit Himself to His Word. In other words, His Word is Himself, He is His Word, and He is subject to His Word. He obeys Himself!
  • God chooses to NEVER violate His Word. He will NEVER violate His Word.
  • This is why Proverbs 10:22 The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and He addeth no sorrow with it.
  • God’s blessings will NEVER violate His Word.
  • Prophets if the Word of God that you are delivering, preaching, and ministering is being spoken “presumptuously” it is not coming from God. His spoken Word becomes LAW. Deuteronomy 18:17-22 says: 17 And the Lord said unto me, They have well spoken that which they have spoken. 18 I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him. 19 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him. 20 But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, even that prophet shall die. 21 And if thou say in thine heart, How shall we know the word which the Lord hath not spoken? 22 When a prophet speaketh in the name of the Lord, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the Lord hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him.
  • God has placed His Word above His Name, in other words He has placed His Word above Himself. This is why God’s Word will never be violated by God Himself.
  • God holds Himself and the Prophet that speaks His Words accountable!
  • Presumptuous is when a person’s behavior fails to observe the limits of what is permitted or appropriate.
  • Taking for granted their access to God and His power to do something.
  • Presuming that God will do this and that based upon a “probability” (the likelihood of something happening or being the case).
  • Psalm 138:2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
  • That is why He says that Heaven and earth will pass away before He fail or change His Word.
  • St Matthew 24:35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
  • God spoke His Word and gave the species man: male and female dominion over the earth establishing a law whereas only humans with bodies have legal authority on earth. So whatever happens on earth is strictly man’s responsibility!
  • The Word of God is pure and His servants love it. Psalm 119:140
  • The Word of God ministers in Spirit and in Truth. Well, what does that mean?
  1. The Word is for the soul and spirit of man, not for the human nature (the flesh), accept to bring it into subjection to the Will of God’s Word.
  2. The Word is Spirit and is life! St John 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth: the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
  3. The Word will save and convert the Soul and possess the spirit of man.
  4. The Word created the spirit man (Genesis 2:7) in God’s image meaning we have His Spirit nature (the spirit man) and His moral character (the soul of man). After their likeness means we have the ability to function like Him (them). Genesis 1:26
  5. The Word is new life and freedom from the spirit of bondage of sin for the Soul and spirit of man in earth. 2 Corinthians 5:17; Romans 8:15
  6. The Word is God’s Will and Way!
  7. St John 1:1-2 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God.
  8. The Word of God is the preexistence of Christ Jesus.
  9. 1 John 1:1-3 1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life; 2 (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us); 3 That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.
  10. Without Christ Jesus in your salvation you have no life!
  11. Without Christ Jesus in your salvation you have no light! No hope!
  12. The Word of God is Christ’s Divinity and Eternality.
  13. Christ is eternal. St John 8:58 Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am. This is God revealing Himself.
  14. Christ divinity. Romans 1:4 And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:
  15. What is the “spirit of holiness?” The Spirit of Holiness is the divine nature of God. Spirit is His breath.
  16. Holiness is His nature that signifies separation to God.
  17. Holiness always renders sanctification.
  18. Sanctification makes us holy. It is the work of the Holy Spirit’s work of making us holy.
  19. The Holy Spirit creates faith in us, He renews us in the image of God and after His likeness so that through His power we can produce good works. Sanctification flows from justification.
  20. Sanctification is thus the state predetermined by God for believers, into which in grace He calls them, and in which they begin their Christian course and so pursue it.
  21. Christ Jesus displayed the absolute holiness in the days of His flesh, which distinguished him and us from all merely human beings. This is the spirit of holiness.
  22. Hebrews 12:14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness without which no man shall see the Lord.

Amen

Displaying the Church

Displaying the Church

The Church in the earth realm

Apostle Tracey Robinson

The Church in the earth is spiritually perfect; as opposed to the showy outward display portrayed by carnality is not the Church.

What we see in the earth is the spiritually perfect Church verses the outward appearance of carnality traditionalized and practiced daily?

The Church represents the dominion of the Kingdom of God in earth.

The Church is God’s visible agent of what’s happening in Heaven in earth.

The Church demonstrates dominion in earth, so as it is in Heaven.

Many believers believe that the Church is a building, even still today.

Many leaders are still teaching that the building is the Church which Jesus purchased with His own blood. Even though the days that we are living in with revelation knowledge released in the earth has proven that the Church is spiritual and is not a building.

The spirit of man just keeps on refusing to accept this fact! This is part of the reason for sin, called rebellion against the spiritual truth.

The carnal man loves tradition and religion because it “feels good”!

The Church is the visible representation or agent if you will of the invisible Kingdom of God in the earth realm, displaying Kingdom life and its lifestyle through its citizens, its laws, principles, and possessing the keys to it, with the King governing over and in all.

The Lord has said that only the Church can hear the Word of God; He has said that only the Church will obey the Word of God.

St John 10:25-30 proves it!

25 Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father’s name, they bear witness of me.

26 But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.

27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:

28 And I give unto them eternal life: and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my Father’s hand.

29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand.

30 I and my Father are one.

  • The Church really does know the voice of its Head!
  • We are talking about the Church being displayed in the earth realm through and in you.
  • The Church won’t be moved by sins fruit or by the majority trying to make a law that will change, alter, or compromise the laws and principles of God, already established in His creation.
  • The rock on which the Church is built was based upon Peter’s great confession of faith of which Jesus is the Christ – the Messiah.
  • This rock of faith remains the same even today.

St Matthew 16:16-18

16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.

17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

18 And I say also unto thee, That thou are Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

  • Verse 17 is proof that the flesh has no spirit foundation and no fellowship with the Spiritual God, our Father.
  • So why does the 5-senses try to function and operate in the Spirit; speak on behalf of the Father in Spirit and in Truth to manifest spiritual in the earth that is not agreed upon in Heaven?
  • Verse 18 is our proof that the Church is equipped and founded on and in the Word of God and the devil in hell cannot and will not gain mastery over it; nor be victorious over or against it; nor will it triumph over or against it. This is why when trouble hits the earth realm the Church should stand on the Word of God!
  • The Word itself knows how to mount up for battle whenever hell and its recipients try to prevail against it, in Heaven and in earth.
  • Hell cannot persuade or influence the Church or the Body.
  • Spiritual discernment is a gift to the service for the members of the Body to serve the Body. It is not for a one-man show or a certain group of people practicing and producing what they call the Spirit of God.

Psalm 127:1 EXCEPT the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.

Psalm 33:11-12

11 The counsel of the Lord standeth forever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.

12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.

  • As the Church in times like these we should be the spiritual influence in this world that needs to see and hear the Will of God for the Body.
  • Can the world look at you and see the salt of the earth? The salt of the earth is the influence of you as a witness in Christ Jesus.

St Matthew 5:13 Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? It is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.

  • The Church should be a city that sits on a hilltop, brightly shining to draw the spirit man into her.
  • The Church should be sons of light, in so that when the spirit man approaches you the radiance of light in you should flood the soul of the spirit man to come to Jesus.
  • The light in you displays your good works in the Lord.
  • It is the souls’ seasoning that is needful to preserve the fullness of the Spirit in you.
  • Salt preserves as it seasons!
  • The body uses sodium to maintain fluid levels. A balance of fluid and sodium is necessary for the health of the heart, liver, and kidneys. It regulates blood fluids and prevents low blood pressure.
  • This is the natural! What all else do you produce as salt to the spirit man?

St Matthew 5:14-16

14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.

15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.

16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

  • We are all individual cities until we assemble ourselves together as unified believers, all on one accord; then we become a city that is set on an hill.
  • The light of the unified believers cannot be hidden. Is your light shining as a son of the Light of the Lord?

1 Peter 4:12-19

12 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:

13 But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.

14 If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified.

15 But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evil doer, or as a busybody in other men’s matters.

16 Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf.

17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?

18 And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?

19 Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.

  • The Church will be judged and she does not have to put up a fight or guard herself, because the Word will judge her. When judged by the Word nothing else and no one else can judge her.
  • Testing time will come and the world, the flesh, and the devil also will evaluate you in your time of testing.
  • The Body of Christ will suffer violence and sacrifice for the Namesake of Christ Jesus.
  • Violent and assailant men will try to take over the Kingdom of God in the earth by forceful tactics; extraordinary influence and control.

St Matthew 11:12

12 And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.

Romans 12:19, this is the Christian spirit retaliation is forbidden

19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.

20 Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.

21 Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

  • The Church is spirit! She operates in the spirit realm.
  • The Church is called the Body of Christ.
  • It is the Spirit of Christ Jesus that forms the Church.
  • The Holy Spirit Himself guides the members of the Body in their services of gifting to every member, so that every member of the Body is to be blessed.
  • The Spirit Himself is the power source for the services that the gifts render to the members of the Body.
  • He will remain that authority, forever!

Ephesians 1:23 Which is his body, the fullness of him that filleth all in all.

Ephesians 4:12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

Amen

Sewn in righteousness to become a pattern of righteousness

God’s Pattern

Sewn in righteousness to become a pattern of righteousness

Apostle Tracey Robinson, 2020 All Rights Reserved

  • Pattern is a repeated decorative design.
  • God’s pattern is God’s creative and decorative design of His people with one mind and one spirit designed to make up the whole body of Christ called the Church.
  • God’s pattern consist of one body, one Spirit, one faith, one Lord, and one baptism, Ephesians 4:4-6 that says, 4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; 5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
  • Now, I know and understand that the Lord God is a God of diversity, but His diversity is not off nor does it bring confusion to His flock.
  • His desires, pleasures, and thoughts are made plain in scripture for all mankind.
  • In the Houses of Prayer there must be some similarity other than the so-called “holy dance”.
  • There should be a balance in the Word of God in every House that is set up as a House of God.

1 Corinthians 1:10 Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

  • Being governed by the exact same Word of God we all should say the same time.
  • Unity must be enjoined for the Church to become the body of Christ.
  • Unity is a requirement for the Church and its establishment in the earth realm.
  • Unity will make us speak the same thing and will perfectly join us together in mind and in judgment. This is the mind of Christ in you!
  • Weakness and lacking understanding of the Word of God in Spirit and in Truth brings in divisions, ishisms and schisms, and strife because of the misunderstanding of the Word in Spirit and in Truth rightly divided.
  • Studying the Word in Spirit and in Truth will aid you into rightly dividing the Word in truth.
  • But studying the Word in the “logos” form using the 5-sense knowledge does not and will not give you the spiritual understanding of God’s spiritual Word.
  • Logos is derived from the Greek word “logic”.
  • Leaders that do not possess the Spirit of God use the logos form of teaching the Word of God.
  • They will take the Word of God to make a statement, sentence, or argument to persuade believers with reasons by using facts and figures in the Word to make a valid point to the flesh of man.
  • The outcome of this persuasion does not produce a new creature in Christ that can and will grow into the full measure of His stature in spirit and in truth.
  • There is no fleshly interpretation from a spiritual Word!

1 Corinthians 6:17 But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.

  • This is a union, a marriage joining us as one.
  • Do all the denominations collectively make up the One Spirit of Christ Jesus in bodily form?
  • No matter where or what continent we are in we all should be joined in Christ Jesus.

Ephesians 4:15-16 15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: 16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.

  • Fitly joined means suitably, properly, and commodiously joined together with Christ being the Head with His Body in unity.
  • When we don’t know what or where our fitly should be applied for our soul, we have the tendency to walk in the vanity of our own minds with the flesh, the world, and the devil incorporated.
  • Vanity meaning the excessive pride in or admiration of our own lust and desires of our flesh.
  • Walking in this manner leads us into spiritual adultery, better known as “church hopping”.
  • Where we were once in spiritual darkness, being alienated from the life of God through Christ Jesus because of our spiritual ignorance; blindness of heart; filthy, indecent and lewd acts; made us prey to unbridled sensuality, eager and greedy to indulge in every form of impurity that our depraved desires suggested and demanded.
  • Even today, believers are out of “sync” with the Will of God so that they are being called and don’t know who is calling them, nor do they “wait” to get clarity on what they are being called to do.
  • Even today, believers are so out of “tune” with the Spirit of God so that they don’t know what member they are called to in order to be “fitly joined” together by the joints and ligaments which every joint supplies, according to the effectual working properly in all functions, to grow to full maturity, and to build itself up in love, not self-love or conditional love.

1 Timothy 1:16 Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might shew forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting.

  • This is Paul as an example of Jesus Christ to being shown and displayed in him through all His perfect longsuffering and patience to encourage those who will come after him to believe on Jesus Christ to gain eternal life.
  • What example for Jesus Christ are we portraying and demonstrating?
  • What fruit are you growing in to become fully the portrait of Jesus Christ in this earth so that others will come after you to believe on Christ Jesus to gain eternal life?
  • What pattern has God sewn in to be portrayed and displayed in His righteousness?

Titus 2:7-8 7 In all things shewing thyself a pattern of good works: in doctrine shewing uncorruptness, gravity, sincerity, 8 Sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of you.

  • Sound speech means to be able to convey a specific impression of the Spirit of the Word when the Word of God is heard coming out of you.
  • Does the doctrine of Christ Jesus in you show gravity or seriousness by having the strictest regard for truth and purity of your motives?
  • Are your motives in God’s vision, plan, and purpose for mankind? Or just for you?
  • Are you showing yourself in all aspects to be a pattern and a model of good deeds and good works in Christ Jesus?

Hebrews 8:5

5 Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith He, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount.

  • Does your service pattern foreshadow the true existence and reality of the Kingdom’s sanctuary?
  • Does your service in Christ Jesus pattern the exact pattern of righteousness sewn in you by the Spirit of God?
  • Did you change God’s pattern in you to serve man?
  • Leaders did God or has God shown you His exact vision, plan, and purpose in you for the souls of man according to His model, which was portrayed through His Son Jesus?
  • Or has “tradition and religion” with all its rituals and ceremonies of a priestly ministry overshadowed the covenant of the Law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus?
  • Jesus Christ, the one perfect sacrifice that is the pattern of the true sanctuary in us that must (should) serve the Body of Christ.

Amen
